The only authenticator I use

The only authenticator I use! I highly recommend Dimity and her services. She is the best in the business and has been doing this for 30+ years. Just read her bio, she does authenticating for many different channels and needs, not just resellers.

ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!! I asking for clarification regarding one of their authenticity certificate for a Hermes bag of which the seller had sent me a copy and a link to their website. NO RESPONSE. EVER….. I wrote to them twice . Doesn’t seem like the best way to stand behind their certificate

RUDE SCAM ARTIST

RUDE SCAM ARTIST .
Charges a lot for someone that has no clue what she’s doing ! My bag was purchased at Hermes Paris and she said is fake 😱 ! The buyer wanted her authentication only, and she messed up big time.Buyer backed out and i Sold the bag on Ebay with their authantication and was Real for another buyer. The buyer from Ebay did an authentication with her on MY BAG and she said REAL ! So the same bag with 2 authentications from her one fake one real !
Emailed her and she was rude af as THAT WAS HER OPINION !!! No refunds as she refused it

single biased monopoly

Fake deems as authentic, authentic deems as fake, to her it doesnt seem like it needs to come with responsibility other than getting a few hundred bucks in her pocket per minutes worth of work, if we speak up and prove she is wrong she will just say 'its my independent opinion' 'my client pays me for my opinion', but actually a multiple layer of sales channel is affected due to her inability to determine real or fake, perhaps if she don't know should not be pocketing the absurb expensive fee and just not give her opinion at all. Best of luck

irresponsible

It seems that this organization is no longer effective and irresponsibly dismisses issues. I had internal approval for my product, but I didn’t have the invoice. Surprisingly, without proper review, they claimed it was fake. I even had a receipt, but when they initially asked for an invoice, I said I didn’t have one, as it didn’t make sense to insist when a receipt was already provided. After I objected, I faced extremely rude and humiliating behavior, as if it’s normal for them to charge at least $150 for the smallest matters. A disaster!

Hermès checking experience

Sent them photos of one of my Hermès that I bought secondhand, resulted in fake. Re-checked it again on razor-sharp Entrupy screening, and it was authentic. Doesn't really inspire me especially in terms of reliability. While I know BBBB has extensive knowledge of these things, but apparently we can't simply tell things on mere photos.

NOT RELIABLE AS WHAT THEY CLAIM!

Why this authenticator ask for a receipt when authenticating? you have to check the bag not the receipt! this old lady needs to retired!!! Clearly she really doesn't know what she's doing. I purchased a bag from a reputable seller and clearly it's authentic because I myself can tell if it's not (i am a collector myself) and when I wanted to sell it, my potential buyer ask for BBBB certificate so I sent all photos to BBBB and BBBB deemed it as FAKE! seriously??? Maybe 10 yrs ago or something she is good but definitely not today ever anymoreeeee!!!

Be aware! Don’t lose money for nothing

First of all, remember that no self-respecting appraiser will evaluate a handcrafted product based on photos... check for yourself how your dream bags look depending on the lighting... I did not have the pleasure of using the authentication service for a purchased bag, the opinion was that it was a fake. After seeing the bag by a craftsman in Milan, the opinion was clear that the purchased bag is original! Legit grails did not identify only the engraving whether it was OK, while Bababebi wrote a litany to God himself. The most injured person in this situation is the reseller whom, under the influence of emotions, I attacked with threatening messages... fortunately, everything was explained and no one was hurt...

This so called authenticator doesn't…

This so called authenticator doesn't use expertise but whether you send a picture of the receipt or not. I bought a Hermès B25 from the botique and lost the receipt. When I decided to sell it the buyer asked for authentication from Bababebi. So I got my bag authenticated and this "authenticator" judged it as not authentic! The authenticator gave random reasons such as stitching but asks for pictures of the receipt, so I assume if no receipt is provided than the bag is deemed not authentic

DO NOT USE Bababebi!! Terrible Money Gouging Scammers!!

Im absolutely shocked how this Bababebi is still in business. Ive taken one of my Birkins in to be authenticated and the first time they deemed my Birkin to be Authentic, Fast forward to 2 years later after some use and now wanting to resell it for another Birkin. I wanted to get new authentication certificate to resell it and now this same birkin they deemed authentic is now been deemed a Fake. Its honestly shocking. This is not the first I have heard of this happening either. Also to be charged over $300 dollars for a sham of authenticator is unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY’RE CLEARLY RIDING ON THEIR PAST PUBLICITY. NOT GOOD AT ALL.

This authentic service has no idea…

This authentic service has no idea about what is real Hermes and what is fake. She probably just flips the coin? She gives no refunds. Keeps asking again and again for the photographs been already submitted. Waste of your time and money and no refunds! Beware

attention to bababei many people here…

attention to bababei many people here in france it is made to have by them it is for its that the hermes sellers in france never authenticate at bababebi but directly with experts in paris in their office directly how can we authenticate a bag just with pictures please? I send them photos of a bag that I was able to have authenticated at an expert in Paris recognized worldwide and also at the Hermes Paris store directly where the kelly gold was purchased, both confirms that it is authentic and guess what was bababebi's opinion? the bag is counterfeit and when I send them the expert's certificate of expertise and also from Hermes, she dares to tell me that her opinion remains the one indicated in her certificate and that she does not comment on the statements of hermes the proof that it is dishonest, beware, really be careful, the hermes store and the expert confirmed to me that several customers had come to see them following a bababebi certificate and in the end the bag was very genuine, they told me to be careful and confirmed to me that it is impossible to authenticate a hermes bag just with photos even after 30 years of experience

Gold standard in Hermes Authentication

Surprised to see these reviews because Bababebi is the gold standard in Hermes authentication, so much so that wrongdoers even try to copy her certificates to pass off fakes as reals. Even though other authenticators will offer Hermes services, she is the only renown specialist in Hermes. She is timely in her communication, organized, and is not afraid to ask for extra pics if the ones provided can not prove authenticity of the item. Really appreciate Dimity and she makes buying bags through resellers or the resale market something that can be done with ease! These are big purchases so I do not buy preloved H bags without her.

Beware! Don't be silly

Beware! Don't be silly. There are 9 out of 10 Hermes bags are handmade super fake. They can't just be authenticated by pics. Most of them use thinner leather and the weight is much less than a real one. You must touch it, feel it and even weight it to see the difference.
Don't go to the reseller if you have ever seen a real one.
