This was response when I received a…

This was response when I received a replacement of the faulty item purchased. Replacement was showing signs of rust and was missing essential wheels.

We sincerely apologise for the frustration caused by the missing components in your replacement. To resolve this for you immediately, we will be sending the missing wheels out to you via Express Post.

As we have already processed the full replacement of the unit to address the initial issues, we are unable to offer a return or a refund at this stage. However, sending these parts through will ensure your FlexiStation is fully functional and complete as intended.

You will receive an updated tracking number as soon as the wheels are dispatched from our warehouse.

Disappointing Customer Service

I placed an order which took nearly a month to recieve. Then when my order did finally arrive, a portion of it was missing.
I have emailed 4 times now asking for this issue to be resolved and continually ask for some kind of acknowledgement to my messages.
Its all falling on deaf ears. I cannot get anyone to respond or reply back.
Extremely disappointing and I sincerely would think twice before ever ordering with them again.

Can’t track order and no response

I placed an order (for an in stock item) on Jan 16th and by Jan 20th I got an email saying that my order is on the way. However there are no signs that it has been shipped since the tracking information as of January 29th still states that shipping company only has received information about the delivery but not the actual package. I tried to reach out to support but I have waited 1.5 business day for a response now even though they claim that they usually get back within a few hours.

Ordered some mats and have had NO REPLY…

Ordered some mats and have had NO REPLY for over a week. I needed them delivered in a timeframe, paid for express and still haven't shipped over a week later. no reply on call, email, text or social media. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

1. Order Details: Your order was placed on Sunday, 26 May 2024, at 1:12 pm AEST. You selected the AusPost Priority option, which is not the same as express service. This distinction, along with the price difference, is clearly displayed during checkout.

2. Email Communication: In your email, you mentioned that you chose not to pay for the express shipping option, which was $99, and instead selected a more affordable shipping option. Despite your preference for express delivery, we accommodated your request for a faster service as best as we could within the selected shipping option.

3. Order Processing: Due to your additional requests and the volume of orders we process on Mondays, we placed your order on hold to explore possible express shipping options. Unfortunately, we were unable to meet your delivery timeframe without the express shipping fee, and we promptly issued a full refund to you.

4. Customer Interaction: We apologise if you felt our response time was insufficient. Our team worked diligently to address your emails and find a solution. However, due to the volume of emails and the aggressive tone of some communications, our system automatically flagged them for review.

5. Review Content: Your review states that you received no reply for over a week, which is not accurate. We responded to your multiple emails and processed a full refund on the same business day, Monday (or the next day from the ordered day - Sunday).

Additionally, we noticed that you have purchased from a business profile. We are not sure if this is a deliberate attack on our small business. We always prioritise our customers and strive to resolve their issues as soon as possible. In your case, it took us 24 working hours to process a full refund and cancel your order as per your request. Please note that we do not operate on Sundays, which affects the processing time.

This appears to be a deliberate attack on small businesses like ours by creating new profiles, which is unethical. We kindly request that future communications remain respectful and constructive.

Amazing & Perfect Bed Rail

I had an amazing experience with BabiesMart! I purchased the Toddly DreamGuard, and it exceeded my expectations. The quality is incredibly sturdy and well-made.

This bed rail fit perfectly on our king bed. The walls are super high, which was important for us when looking for bed rails. There's a convenient mechanism for raising and lowering the mesh for easy access, as well as adjusting the overall height.

It's the only bed rail I could find online that supports up to 40 cm mattress thickness, which was crucial for our 35 cm thick mattress. Everywhere else only offered support for up to 30 cm. Overall, it's a sturdy and excellent product. Highly recommend!

Such a waste of money

Such a waste of money. Order took forever to arrive and when it finally did was complete cheap Chinese junk. Save your money and shop anywhere else.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! Babies Mart Australia is in my experience a trash company, we lost $200 through an order of baby gates which never worked. They arrived super late with parts missing, we contacted them about it, first they said we were wrong and when they finally shipped out the parts (which also took forever), upon trying to assemble the gates AGAIN that not only were some of the parts they’d sent completely wrong for our order, but there were MORE PARTS missing! After all this they refused to give us our money back. Please shop anywhere else!

Note that Babies Mart (ABN 70654753072) has also been registered as Glowly Lights, Kidst, and Snuggly Baby. I wonder why. Some companies commonly rebrand themselves to avoid being overwhelmed with bad reviews. Could this be the case?
