I cannot rate this company highly enough. First of all, they serviced my Omega Ocean Master watch and included a replacement valve, replaced the bezel spring etc - it was pretty battered and now looks almost new. I was so amazed (I had found them via Omega as an authorized service centre) that I asked them to look at my beloved 25 year old Tissot watch that several jewellers and Tissot itself had declared beyond any sort of repair on two counts: bracelet broken and no spares and mechanism broklen and no seal spares. Well, Babla's fixed both these problems and, again, all for the price of a service.
Amazing experience both times.

I inherited a watch from my recently deceased father. A watch we had previously tried to repair only to be turned away due to the condition and age. I didn't hold much hope when I sent it to Bablas due to these problems but when I received it back I couldn't believe it. The work done completely surpassed any expectations I had. Truly outstanding work on such a sentimental piece and the level of professionalism throughout the process was second to none. True masters of their craft. Many thanks once again.

Can't fault this shop ordered a new watch mid afternoon and arrived the following morning at 10 o'clock with the 2 links taken off as requested through an email sent just after purchase. Excellent service and i highly recommended using this shop. :)

Recently ordered a watch for my friend. It arrived the next day. Unfortunately my friend said although lovely (and an amazing price) it was a bit too small for her. I visited Babla's to get a new battery on my Rado watch. I used the 1hr service and cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the quality of the work. Customer service is high on their mind and I will be visiting again soon for all of my watches!

My husband's Longines watch was lost in the garden for 6 months and only found when it was dug up by accident. Excellent service from Bablas has restored it to virtual new condition. Thank you.

Due to a glitch in the system - I ended up ordering 2 straps instead of 1. The second was reimbursed with no qualms and I received the strap less than 24 hours later. WHat could have ended up a massive headache was made completely smooth.

Although I loved my Gucci watch I had stopped wearing it because I no longer liked the face colour (grey) and knew that if it was changed to a lighter colour I would wear it again. My experience of Babla's is that they take no responsibility for the quality of goods they sell and that their attitude towards customers is mean and obstructive. This is why.

A Seiko radio-controlled alarm clock supplied by Bablas didn’t always show the correct time. Babla's advised me to send it for repair to Seiko UK repairs, which I did. The fault recurred so I sent it back again to Seiko UK. This problem was resolved but after a few months a further issue developed. The alarm did not always go off because the minute hand seemed to be getting stuck against the alarm hand. After turning the alarm off the clock set itself right again.

At this stage I had paid three times for postage of the clock – once for the original delivery and twice for sending it to the repairers. I asked Babla's to refund the sum of £27.50 for supply and delivery. The clock is totally unreliable as an alarm clock and has caused such serious inconvenience that I am not going to use it again. I pointed out that Bablas had made no contribution to the cost of sending it for repairs and asked them for a prepaid return label if they wanted the clock returned to them. They refused to pay in advance for return of the clock and said that if I sent it back to them and they found a fault, they would refund postage up to £2.95. Although the clock was bought through Amazon and purchase details were easily available online, they asked for a copy of the invoice and also for the repair references (which I supplied).

£27.50 is not a huge sum and I am writing it off. The useless clock is going into the rubbish bin, where Babla's rightfully belongs.

The watch I wanted (Bulova Accutron 2 Spaceview) was in stock at a good price, but Babla's were happy to match the lowest price I could find. I ordered and the watch was dispatched within hours ...sent by Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery at no cost. It arrived well packed the following morning...everything as it should be.
So, I went from considering this watch to actually wearing it within 18 hours...and at a better price than I anticipated.
I'm very impressed and would recommend them without question.
