Order paid for, order confirmation received and a day later received an email to say that the order is cancelled due to the promotion code used not being honoured.
Highly unprofessional and a real disappointment after taking time to browse the website before finally choosing an item and paying for it.
Will never use this company again, customers do not come first - beware.

The only little bug bear I had is that they sent the free gift separately and I wasn’t contacted to say that they wouldn’t be delivered together. And the free item sat in the collection address for so long, it almost got sent back!
But when I contacted them they were prompt & so helpful!
Would 1000% purchase from them again! 😊
