I’m happy with the item overall but I was disappointed that the box is damaged on the corners and looks like it’s been opened and sellotaped back together. It’s for a gift and I don’t have time to return it. I hope my friend doesn’t think it looks used with the box being damaged and taped.

I ordered a changing mat a couple of weeks ago. The money has been taken out of my account, but I have not received the item. I have emailed the company twice but they have not replied. So therefore do not rate this company at all

easy to use website. the grobag I bought was the cheapest I'd seen around. simple to order however I didn't get an order confirmation email so I contacted them and the replied very fast apologising and saying the order had gone through and when it would be dispatched. only took a coupe of days to come- except I missed the delivery so need to go and get it from the post office!
