I purchased a Britax baby-chair online through Babyoparadies.de, but two months later I see no trace of delivery, even though a three week delivery time was promised. New promises were made in the meantime, but also these were apparently false.

It is a shame that companies like this exist!

Don't buy anything from this Company. They don't answer phonecalls, emails and most important they dont deliver your order but they take your Money!!!
I can see that others like me have had a very bad experience with this Company as well. And the history is the same. Delivery 3 weeks is promised, 1 email with delivery delay and from then on no answers or anything.
DON'T SHOP HERE. I have talked to my bank to get my Money back and they will take action.

Do NOT shop here. Paid 205euros for an Römer Autochair, and never received it. The owner, Petra Teiwes, does not answer Phone or mail. Theif and a conartist. Do not buy from her!!!! Now 2 months later, my bank is trying to get my money back.

Ordered a car seat (Cybex solution) 10 weeks ago and still haven´t recieved it.

After a couple of e-mails they finally answered 4 weeks ago that it was delayed from the supplier. Two weeks later I had to contact them again reminding them that I was waiting for an answer and they replied that it was expected the week after.

Since then I have heard nothing despite the several e-mails I have sent to them asking the status of my order and now demanding a refund.

I buy online regularely and have done so for many years. This is the first time I have run into trouble. After two months waiting I wanted the money back, that was 1 month ago, and still NO money back. There are many other serious stores with same prices, buy from them!

It looks good but it´s not.
I ordered carseats for my kids. The delivery time was 2 weeks. Ok, fair enough. But a few days after the order I wanted to know when I would get my order. They replied that they are sorry for the delay, even though it was only 3 days ago that I made my order. I got suspicious and started to see what other people thought of them and after reading other comments I realized I made a mistake.
It´s been 3 weeks now since I made the order and the only thing they are repliying is that they are in contact with the company that produce the seats to see why they are delayed. So they sell seats that they don´t even have!!! They have been telling me that since day 3 and when I say I want to cancel my order I don´t get much response. They are quick in taking your money though...

Ordered different kind of baby-stuff. Was delivery apprx. 1 week after order (from DE to DK).
Ordered an additional lift which was sent without charge of freight. Super email-service by customer support.

I am from Russia. I have ordered the goods in the European online store and was a sad experience. But in this store are top notch. Easy payment system paypal. Fast and operative work of staff, quickly respond to all questions, even late at night. My order was formed on the next day.Part of the order was shipped the next day and the second part after 7 days. In total, from Germany to Moscow, the whole order was just 20 days. Product arrived safe and sound, I'm all happy. Thank you very much for good service. All successful purchases. Nadia
