Nicely organized store, fully equipped with options and a well trained personnel that can happily spend several hours helping you find what you need. Excellent customer service, flexibility with the appointments of the delivery, punctuality and speed/efficiency during setup of the installations. I could not recommend it more! Will definitely come back

Top product!!!!!!!!

Went to buy a specific pram worth €200.00, but needed some assistance before I make it final. I was told to wait on the sofa, I waited for 20-25min. No one came over or asked if I had been helped.
Later I went over to the desk again and asked if they can please help as I have been waiting for ages.
They didn't respond apologetic at all instead made excuses for being soooo busy.
By that time I wasnt a happy customer and if by any chance I new of another shop that had that specific pram, i would gave gone there instead.

Considering the level of the products, the variety and size of the shop I would say the customer service is far behind times...first world products&quality with 3rd world service. Not on.

Sorry for the bad report. Would live to see it change.

My wife and me decided to go for a 1,5 hour drive from Mettmann to Kesteren in order to visit your store and we were really suprised.
What a fantastic store with absolutely everything we were looking for.
During our 2,5 hour visit we took a decision for a pram and ordered a baby room after two brilliant advices by your employes. The assortment in baby rooms is not comparable with the offer you find around Düsseldorf in all named baby stores.

The delivery will take place next week and the service regarding delivery timing, setup and payment is outstanding.

Hideous service from Babypark. Bought a cybex priam seat. Deceptive image on the listing, deceptive online description, deceptive showmodel in the shop! The bumper bar is not included and ONLY after you buy it you learn you have to especially order it from Germany and pay 50€ for it!!!! And no free shipping even though it is more than 20€. I feel robbed.

We visited the BABYPARK to buy a stroller, which wasn't available in Germany yet. The employees helped us right away and we could pre-order the stroller before its official release date. Two weeks before it should have arrived at the store, we got an email that it was ready to be picked up.
I have to cut one star, because the stroller wasn't set / build up -even after asking for it. That is a standard service in Germany, so we missed that helping hand.
The store itself is huge and very inviting, no comparison to the typical dreary, narrow German babystores! Will come back for a incomparable shopping experience.

Very helpful staff in store. Delivery was on time and went smoothly. Very easy assembling the furniture! Super shop!

A few weeks ago I made an order with several items. After several days of not receiving an email I tried to give customer service a call. I was on hold for more than 15 minutes and gave up. Next week I called again and finally after 8 minutes I got someone on the phone. Apparently, the email went to may spam mailbox (which has never happened to me before with any other online purchase) and the order was not being sent because 1 item was not in stock. So I agreed with customer service that they send the rest of the order, and then the last item when it came in stock. To make a long story short, I've interchanged over 8 emails with customer service to get the final product. I give them 2 stars for effort but in comparison to any other online purchase the service is pathetic. Way too much effort to buy from them.

I ordered everything from Germany but could discuss my questions with the service center, which was very helpful. I was constantly informed about the status of my order. Thank you very much for the great service!

Really good service & variety of products (at least the one in Gouda).

The product I was looking for was not on stock in the shop, but the stuff member ordered it for me. The delivery time was a bit long (4 weeks) but I was aware of the fact, and it arrived on time.
I also used the webshop. The product was not on stock but Babypark purchased and delivered it in a reasonable time.
I am absolutely satisfied with them.
I like the possibility of ordering not on stock items therefore I do not need to check regularly when it will be available to order. :)
