AVOID

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!! No option to give zero stars - 1 star review is very generous!
I ordered a 40oz Stanley cup on 18/3 as part of my daughter's 18th gifts. 30oz bottle arrived on 30/3. Customer service shocking - they take a long time to respond. I was offered a partial refund or to return the cup then start the order process all over again (I didn't have the time to do this and quite frankly couldn't be bothered with their lengthy responses) I opted for the partial refund. I'm not entirely sure this is even a genuine Stanley cup!
Prior to ordering, I checked out Babysale on Trust Pilot. All reviews up to point of ordering were fine. What's gone wrong??????

Stanley 30oz water cup

Great 😊 as expected x x 30oz is definitely the right size for the kids the big one 40oz would be far to big, so happy got this size 😀

Chinese Dropshipper

Order took more than 3 weeks to deliver, when it arrived the delivery label was stuck over another that showed the item had come from China. Is the item real? Lots of excuses from customer service. I would never order from this company again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a ‘Stanley’ cup which took over 2 weeks to arrive, when it came it has been very clearly dropshipped from China as the original postage label still on my package is clearly visible. I have done my research on Stanley’s and this is most definitely not an authentic item. You cannot sell ‘dupes’ at the same price as the actual product and expect to get away with it, I have requested a refund and will also be going to my credit card company. I will have no hesitation in reporting to trading standards also, shame on you for taking peoples hard earned cash !

Item not received

Have waited 28 days for my order so far...still nothing. I ordered a Stanley cup for my little girl who has been asking every day if her Stanley cup is here yet. Had a look down these reviews and notice another person ordered a Stanley cup and after a wait of over a month it was the incorrect one. I'm just about to open up a dispute with my credit card company to recoup the refund I have asked the company for twice and being told to bare with them. Unless you have money to throw about or don't mind waiting the best part of a month for your order then don't bother.

Took a long time to receive the items

Took a long time to receive the items (baby swaddles) that ended up being the wrong ones. Emailed them and they did get back to me apologising and said they’ll send me a returns label. I don’t have a printer so have to go to extra lengths to get a printout. They could have sent me a QR code instead. I asked for them to send me a parcel bag as the one sent the items in was too small and ripped. They conveniently ignored that one. If I’m paying double the price for a bunch of baby swaddles I expect customer service to be perfect but it was no where near in this case.

Item not arrived & unresponsive customer service

Sadly it seems I'm not the only person who has had a negative experience thus far with this company. I placed an order on the 20th February and as of today, 19th March, the order has not arrived and the tracking number provided for the Royal mail is not recognised by royal mails tracking checker. I emailed the customer service email for update on the 7th March and received a vague response (containing a lot of waffle) on the 8th March. I have sent 3 follow up emails which have all gone unanswered, I can understand delays in delivery but the lack of communication, is not acceptable and I would advise anyone to avoid this company.

I never received my item

I never received my item. I’m having to keep resending emails for them to respond and currently waiting on a response but nothing yet. Really disappointed with the whole experience.

Item took a month to arrive

I originally wrote a review along the similar lines of others here but I have updated it as I have now received my order - a month to the day after ordering it.

I ordered a Stanley Cup and it seems that it has come from abroad which is why it has taken so long to arrive. I wouldn’t mind but when I ordered, the timeframe for arrival was the beginning of March so it would be helpful to have an accurate timescale. I’m also slightly disappointed because after waiting for such a long time the colour is not the exact colour I was expecting (the cup colour is right but the logo is beige and I was expecting it to be pink).

So this isn’t a fraudulent or scam company as people are stating but there are definitely a number of flaws that need to be worked on to provide a better service.

I believe this company to be fraudulent…

I believe this company to be fraudulent and have had to claim my money back from my credit card company. I ordered over a month ago and heard nothing. I contacted them a few weeks later and received a rambling email full of excuses and a promise of my order being expedited. I received a tracking number a day later and since then this has not been available to track. They have obviously come up with a fake tracking number or an old previously used one to make me believe it is on its way. It has now been 2 weeks since it was supposedly sent. Another email was sent with a load of excuses that didn’t even make sense and since I requested a refund I have not had any response. Funny how the two negative reviews citing this website as a scam have been removed from here and after me pointing out their poor Trustpilot reviews then suddenly a series of positive reviews have all appeared on the same day! Hopefully people can see through it and avoid being scammed like I have. It is very sad that people resort to this to make a living and that honest people and children are the victims of it. I am reporting them to Action Fraud in the hope that it may help others.

To clarify following the response I was not refunded in full by Babysale. My credit card company have temporarily reversed the charge while it is investigated. I have received no correspondence or refund from Babysale since requesting a refund.

Very slow delivery

Very slow delivery. It’s been almost 3 weeks and still not received my order. The tracking number doesn’t work either so no idea if or when my order will arrive.

If I could leave a zero I would

If I could leave a zero, I would. Do not use this company - I have reported them to trading standards as I am fairly certain they are fraudulent. I placed my order, website stated they process orders in 24/48 hours. After 3 days I had still received no update so asked them. I was told it was due to be sent soon, I continued to chase every few days. 22 days later I am told it will be with me in 48 hours - it did not arrive. They then cancelled my order and gave me some rubbish about a discrepancy with the tracking number and the logistics company. Do not use. Item never received.
