Ordered an item for my child 3 weeks ago and nothing. No correspondence, no email, no tracking number. Terrible, irresponsible company. This is a place people visit to buy gifts for children and babies, for crying aloud.

Ordered an item for my child 3 weeks ago and nothing. No correspondence, no email, no tracking number. Terrible, irresponsible company. This is a place people visit to buy gifts for children and babies, for crying aloud.
The item I ordered said it normally shipped the next day. Order status still says pending review two weeks later. After sending several emails and receiving no response, and after leaving two messages at the phone number provided and receiving no return call, I finally reached someone by phone. I was told the order had been processed, but I was unable to get any confirmation that the item was shipped. The only thing that I was able to quickly confirm was that my account had been charged. The birthday has come and gone now. The information on the website is very misleading and the customer service seems to be practically non-existant. The fact that the email address for the company has "customercare" anywhere in it is laughable. The most frustrating thing about this whole experience has been the total lack of response. I honestly do not believe that they care about customer satisfaction at all. I have not seen any positive reviews about this company anywhere and I take full responsibility for not checking the reviews prior to placing my order. Based on my experience up to this point, I would not recommend shopping at babyscholars.com to anyone.
I ordered a tent and tunnel set for my niece three weeks before her birthday. Babyscholars.com did not ship it and did not let me know that it was backordered or anything. They just charged my credit card $125.00 and did nothing.
When I asked, a month later, that they cancel my order (it's pretty embarrassing to send a gift a month late), they ignored my request and then shipped it, claiming it had "already gone out".
I'd expect a lot more from an online retailer. Do not recommend Babyscholars.com.
