Such an easy process and great quality. The finished product was perfect and the bag supplied helps us keep it in good condition too.

We ordered a large collapsible fabric backdrop. The frame itself was quick to put up, while the fabric was light and the colours were might as per the design we submitted. Attaching the fabric can be abit fiddly to get it tight when you are getting used to it, and takes abit of space to set up (though it is a large backdrop at 3m by 2.3m), but looks get when done, and gets easier with use. The items arrived quickly after placing the order and design.

We did have a slight problem with the frame, with one of the connectors begin damaged in transit, but Backdropsource were really helpful and they sorted a replacement connector quickly after reporting the issue.

The design check process was easy and clear to make sure our design was going to work on the backdrop.

Overall, pleased with the product.

Have ordered 6m and 3m backdrops from here, on both occasions delivery was as expected and no issues. For the larger backdrops it would be great if they came with assembly instructions as it took a while to figure out, but in terms of quality everything was great and no issues what so ever. Their live chat is also very speedy in terms of response when I had some initial questions.

From my initial enquiry, the staff were great, very helpful and quick with replies and information. We required a backdrop for a Christmas display in a special needs school and after the staff saw how good the first proofs looked, they asked me to order a second one with a different image, to be used in their Christmas Show.

Ordering was simple and double checked before proceeding, having the easy ability to proof everything beforehand was really useful. My order was processed quickly once my approval was given and it all arrived quickly though in two parts I was kept informed.

The quality is to notch and the curved backdrop looks great and is easy to put together, one improvement is making the central support beam curved so just turning the whole backdrop gives a quick and easy way to change up a display without having to remove the cover and avoid the beam showing through the material, but having said that it's pretty easy to do anyway and it looks vibrant and wrinkle free, one of the best investments for our business facing the customers, very happy.
