I ordered a backdrop and two custom tablecloths. The design team contacted me within two hours of placing the order and identified some concerns with the image quality. They then fixed the issues and I received all the items within one week. The quality is much better than I expected and I already have plans to purchase several more items to promote my business.

Very good price so was initially concerned about the quality, but whole process went smoothly, good communication, and very fast delivery. Ordered a 9.5’ wide by 7.5 tall fabric back drop( double sided). Both graphics looked great. The fabric was thick so no wrinkles and could not see through it. Colors were bold. Was skeptical at first but took a chance - I would highly recommend.

I needed 2 backdrops with total measurements of 10' x 24' cut into three 8' wide sections for a production of Mary Poppins. The good folks at Backdropsource said, no problem. I uploaded my own images and they performed a mockup for my approval. Upon acceptance thereof they had my backdrops printed and sent to me within a week. The backdrops had high-quality velcro sewn into all 4 sides with corresponding adhesive velcro for the vertical surfaces. I couldn't have been happier with the product and the service.

Customer service is always excellent. Quality products with the option for super fast shipping at additional charge. They have never missed a deadline whem I was behind. Thank you!

I want to say these guys are amazing! The best in the game by far. I’ve used multiple backdrop manufacturers and none of them have being able to be as fluent. They will complete your project in a timely manner & it will 100% be quality. Don’t get me started on the ease of setup. It takes me and a helper 6-8 mins max to set up a 8x10 BackDrop! I highly recommend!

This is a big machine, with no real customer service. You're just a number. Expect to be disappointed.

I was very impressed with the quality of all of the backdrops that I ordered. Shipping was also surprisingly fast. This was my first time using Backdropsource, but I will definitely be using it again.
