I have been very happy with your service in the past but my most recent experience was not at all what I expected. I purchase a 10x8 backdrop as a duplicate to my previous purchase last fall. The frame was reported as delivered by UPS but was never received. I was forced to order a second backdrop for our event which fortunately arrived on time. I have yet to receive the first frame and follow up from backdrop source and UPS has been disappointing. I now have 2 frames and 3 fabrics.

We ordered a large backdrop (10x20) with a tight turnaround and they got it done, did it right, and got it to us in time!

Agreed upon a delivery date, which was guaranteed - no updates or apologies for the delay (I am lucky I double-checked). The delivery was marked as not urgent by an associate by mistake, to be delivered two days after our conference started (we're one of the main sponsors). Very low urgency from the team to resolve this and 0 apologies.

This is the tenth order we have placed. The quality has been consistently excellent!

3/5 stars due to the fact that by ordering the Bio Degradable Wrinkle Free Canvas, listed as similar to vinyl I expect vinyl. So that’s on me. The back drop is essentially very much still canvas. That being said the backdrop was still too thin and see through for my use, and if it’s left sitting wrong it will hold wrinkles. Price for the size is great, competitive. Communication was good and responsive. Fast delivery. No real issues with the backdrop image quality.

The ordering process was very easy and the staff was very helpful.

We are VERY pleased with our product.
