Not a premium experience
The phone i bought was in near perfect condition and worked perfectly - for this part of the transaction *****
The part exchange has not gone well, they knew there was a chip on the corner of the screen but they said the phone was blocked because of money owing or theft but I was using the phone up until the day I sent it in so the phone not working is a bit of a mystery - no stars im afraid.
Lesson learnt - don't do online purchasing of phones again.

This is the 3rd phone I've purchased from Back Market and im delighted with it , ( S24 ultra ) described as good condition but I would have classed it as excellent.
In all my dealings with Back Market the customer service is 2nd to none .
I had a problem with my 2nd phone and they were a delight to deal with and the problem was solved within days .

Initially I was very happy with how fast and reliable the process of buying an iPhone 16 promax was, but when I realised that the case that I bought along with the phone was not exactly what I had expected, I followed the process of returning it back, I even received an email that I will be send the details on how to return it back, but as I’m typing this, 30 days had elapsed already and yet I never received such email, unlike other online business like shein that returning products is straight forward, but that of back market is not really straightforward, I appreciate the phone I bought, but I don’t think I will like to buy anything again from back market due to this experience, except where I don’t have any other alternative. Now I have to bear the loss.

The best purchase I’ve ever made
I got this phone last month and ever since I have had no issues or complains. No scratches or marks and battery life is 92% on a fair condition. I love this phone and I would really recommend everyone to get a one from this company as everything up to the shipping was incredibly fast (got it the next day), you won’t regret it!
