I just received my new replacement jacket that was covered under warranty, it’s great. Big thank you to Leticia and the team at badger for being so helpful and nice.
Best customer experience I’ve ever had.

I like the jacket, it’s comfortable and warm however the need to put better zips on them, 1 month in and the zip has failed, this is the second jacket in just over a year, both with the same problem, quiet a few coworkers having the same issue.

I heard of badger a few years ago when my company bought me a x150 hi vis jacket for night shift in winter, the jacket is still going strong even with a rip i made accidentally in it, very warm and comfortable, waterproof for sure, I've just ordered another.

It's always delightful to interact with a business when the customer service staff provide such a great experience for the people phoning the business.

After receiving comments on the gloves, we followed up and supplied some samples to make sure we obtained the proper product. The only thing I'd like to have on stock are the cooling jackets; deliveries are always on time. Strongly suggested

Wonderful customer service, they even followed up after to get feedback on the gloves and sent some samples to ensure we got the right product. Delivery was very quick. The only thing I would love to see is the chiller jackets on stock, not on back order each time so we can get them sooner. But very happy with the quality.
