Very good customer service

Very good customer service. Asked to cancel an order. This was confirmed within minutes and refunded very fast. New order now places for different items. Good and trustworthy store!

I ordered two items but didn't realize…

I ordered two items but didn't realize one was back order and i didn't want to wait any longer. The customer service was very helpful and let me cancel one item and send the other immediately. Following orders also delivered promptly.

I ordered 2 x 6 guest towels (2 colors) and received indeed 6 guest towels of one color and 6 towels of the other…pppfff
