I was given very good advice and help from this excellent independent retailer. I bought online as I was unable to shop in person, which might have made it more difficult to purchase my new luggage. However, when my order arrived, I was sent a photograph to ensure I was happy with my choice and was able to choose my preferred delivery date. I would certainly use this store again and can heartily recommend Bagcraft to others. Thank you again for all your help.

What a great shop! A good range of luggage and bags and a first class service. I had to buy some luggage at late notice ahead of our holiday and the staff were very helpful, offered to stay open later for me if necessary as I was on the way home from work, and were very knowledgable. I am a returning customer and will continue to buy here.

We've been buying bags from here for years. They have excellent customer service: provide expert advice, can order stock in, price very competitively (usually works out cheaper and easier than online), and are very helpful and honest. I recently bought a Samsonite suitcase and live very close so he dropped it off for me. We bought that one because we'd had such a good experience with our first Samsonite case we bought nearly ten years ago - when one of the wheel connections broke last year, he sorted a repair and it's as good as new.

I popped in to look at cross body bags. SO many gorgeous bags in the shop but I ended up buying Dani's favourite bag - sorry Dani :-)

Great service and very helpful

Good price, quick and reasonably quick delivery. For some reason my details weret registered so I couldn't log on to the site. There was a quick reply to my query, whcih confirmed the order and delivery details, but the reason fro problems logigng in wasn't identified. I'd be ahppy to shop there agaih.

Love this shops ❤️ always quality leather bags, and a very helpful man to serve you. I brought a full set of brown luggage last year and have had so many compliments wherever I check in, I just kept on adding to my collection with matching leather dresss bag and ruck sack, such quaility and this week I brought a beautiful croc leather Hand bag with smart strap to slide over the suitcase handle. Highly recommend this shop hidden gem in Leigh on sea essex

The service was absolutely excellent. Helped with all my questions and provided knowledgeable advice. Had no problem ordering the colour suitcases I wanted, which was extremely quick. Would definitely come here again.
