PERFECT SUPER

Very poor service. We have many socket boxes that the clips have broken meaning they are awkward to transport to say the least. Contacted Bahco customer service who have never come up with a solution. They just ask us to send photos and then we chase over and ice again. Now they ignore us. From memory been well over a year chaotic these lot.

Suggest never ever buy from these muppets.

Get something better and avoid the Chinese rubbish like this gear.

They dont respond to contact us service requests, I wont support companies with no follow up service. Take your money and leave you high and dry.

Bahco products are positioned as premium and sold through trusted suppliers. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of that standard.

After paying for a new, boxed Bahco product (E72 Trolly with 3 drawers of tools), the condition changed post purchase to unboxed, then display stock, then missing original packaging and effectively in store used. This occurred only after the order was accepted and a receipt issued.

As a brand, Bahco chooses its retail partners. When those partners change product condition after sale and mishandle paid orders, it reflects directly on the manufacturer.

This experience has damaged my confidence in the Bahco brand. I will be reconsidering future Bahco purchases and taking my business elsewhere.

These tools are supposed to be good German quality, and come with a lifetime warranty, similar to the Halfords advanced series. Anyway, midway through doing some work on my car, I noticed the switch on my 1/4" rachet had broken off for some reason. Contacted Bahco, not once, but 3 times, and don't respond to emails. Just wished I'd bought the Halfords advanced set now. Whilst writing this feedback, there's a box to tick if you want Bahco notifying of this feedback. the amil address listed is info(at sign)bahco.com. Just so your're aware Trustpilot, this email address rejects all emails, and 2 or 3 minutes after i send an email, I get a notification to say, "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it". Avoid is my advice

This company fail on two counts:
1. Quality of their tools. I had a expensive (for what it is) carbide scraper. The blade isn't straight, so instead of scraping a 6.5cm wide strip from the substrate, it only scrapes 1.5cm. So useless really if you are working on big pieces.
2. Customer service. Mistakes are forgivable if they are dealt with, we all make them after all. I think it is only fair to give a Company chance to rectify them before writing reviews. So I contacted Bahco about the problem and have got nothing but a 'we have received your email' response. A second email was simply studiously ignored.
It is very short-sighted and disingenuous of Bahco to think that if they ignore customers, they will go away. This review could so easily have been a 5 star one if you had dealt with my issue.
Terrible customer service is often a sign of a failing company. So, avoid this company like the plague if you want reliable tools, and a good backup service.

I've got lots of Bahco tools, and they appear to have been made to last for generations. It's better to spend a little extra money on quality tools than to buy cheap clones that break after a few hours of use.

Good tools but the customer service is horrendous.
I bought a nail puller which arrived defective and I’ve tried to get a replacement with no response.

“Thank you for contacting us via Bahco.com.

Your request has been transmitted to our customer care center and we will come back to you as quickly as possible.”

That was 7 months ago.
I’ve sent multiple emails to try and get a response and still nothing.

Bought a 3/8 socket set from Halfords. Mainly for the 8mm hex bit. The set was on sale. Used maybe a dozen times on the ratchet. Nothing too excessive. Snapped!!!!!
Had to go back to a bit I got in a no brand cheap socket set from 15years ago!!!!! Says all it needs to!

Anyone else have issues with the drawer slides on a B85 tool chest? About 13 months in and all of the slides are broken with ball bearings coming out. Bahco's response was to tell me I could fit new slides. Given the little use it has had I had hoped for a better response from them. Perhaps an offer to supply the slides for me to fit? Very poor service. No more Bahco stuff for me.

I recently purchased 2 Bow Saw Blades - they are poor quality and difficult to use as they stick and jump . I have tried to pass on my complaints but these have more or less ignored. Never Again!!!

I bought a Bahco 8231 adjustable pliers to complement my usual channel lock tool.
I have found that I used the channel lock much more than the Bahco. I misplaced the channel lock and turned to the Bahco for a few days. I now understand why I leave it in the toolbox. It doesn’t seem to do anything well. I’m a plumber and it doesn’t work for me, it may have uses for other tasks, but I haven’t found them. I bought it for its narrow jaws, a clever adjustment mechanism and a short length relative to jaw opening. These features are all very well, it just doesn’t seem to catch anything without undue effort. Thumbs down 👎

broke two slot head bits in my impact driver set 7823 quite easily may i add. contacted bahco by email on three seperate ocasions via email . Explained the problem that my bits had snapped sizes 1.6 x10 & 2.0 x12 and asked how i could replace them . to this day I have had no response at all from bahco . These two bits are the main reason for my purchase of this tool but without them the set becomes uselessto me .

Emailed customer service regarding replacement of screwdrivers that I bought with a lifetime guarantee that had broken during normal use. This was over 2 weeks ago. I have heard nothing back. Can only assume that the lifetime guarantee is worthless. Don't buy their products as the guarantee means nothing

Just recently brought a Bahco 331-21 bow saw only to find the cheap plastic handle grip cracked in transit. I could have returned the saw but needed urgently due to my job. ( landscaping)
I've sent 2 emails so far to Bahco for a replacement handle but had no reply.
Ive had Bahco bow saw before with no problem at all but the new plastic grip handle are thin and cheap. A real let down.
