TOO DELAY AND STUPID

TOO DELAY AND STUPID JUST ONLY 6.7 MB FILE CAN'T HELP. They said it was free but made me wait 6 hours and then blocked me from chatting when I asked about it. Very friendly

We’d like to clarify the situation to provide accurate context for other users. Our platform offers free processing for links that are 50MB or smaller as complete files. In this case, the request involved extracting a 6.7MB file from within a 17GB Quark share link, which falls outside our free service scope. This type of request requires manual handling and significantly more processing time and is not part of the standard free offering.

Despite this, we made an exception and agreed to assist. However, all requests, especially manual ones, are handled in a queue, and processing times can range from 6–12 hours or longer depending on demand.

Unfortunately, while the request was still in progress, the user repeatedly returned with impatient and disrespectful messages. We strive to help every user, but we maintain a strict policy against abusive or hostile communication. As a result, access was restricted to ensure our team can focus on assisting respectful users.

We remain committed to providing reliable service and appreciate users who understand our policies and treat our team with respect.

Hidden Charges.

I got my files, but the company charges more than they initially say they will. You pay the fee, but then I had to pay more later after they emailed me with a link. Seemed quite dodgy to be honest, but I at least got my files in the end, so even though it cost a lot more than what they originally said it would, they did deliver the service eventually...

File transfer from Asian file-sharing service

The company was incredibly helpful with transferring files from Baidu, which I couldn't download on my own.
Through the tech support chat, they were able to quickly filter out unnecessary files in the folder to ensure I could download a specific file, and they also helped me resolve an issue related to the available payment methods for the file transfer.
Without them, I would have wasted a lot of time trying to download a file that was only available in the Asian region, since the program (game) was not officially sold in Europe.
I am very grateful to them, and if I ever need to access Asian file-sharing services again, I will go straight to Baidu Link Downloader.

Very useful!

The service lives up to its promises. I just had to log in, and I was able to download files I couldn't access before! I think it's fast and you receive a link in your email without restrictions. Highly recommended!
