I would recommend staying away from this company at all cost. There are really good companies that stand by their products and refund policy. This one does neither. The wigs that are styled on their site does not arrive that way and when you ask for a refund they give you all types of excuses to convince you to keep it and they will refund you a lot less than what you paid. Avoid adding a return label to your order because you won’t get it. Shop else where if you value your money. If you don’t care about losing money this company is for you. I have 2 wigs that I purchase that were both awful still in the shipping bag can’t get my money back and again if you check their refund policy it states if you’re not satisfied contact them for a refund. NOT TRUE AND BUYER BEWARE

The customer service is the worst. Took forever to receive a return label that I actually paid extra money for. I was eventually able to return the item ( mind you they sent the wrong item) which is why I had to return it. Now 5 weeks later I still have yet to get a refund. I sent emails and suddenly get messages that the email no longer exists. I have sent messages to a different email and have yet to get a response. This company is not 100 percent legit and does not stand by what it says regarding returns. Save yourself the time and money.

This is my second time ordering another topper from them excited to see it and wear it i loved my first topper and received so many compliments on it. Next ima try there glue less curly hair wigs.

I just received my topper and I tell you, this is the best topper you can buy, the hair is human hair and it’s very soft, curls nicely with the flat iron, will purchase another topper, no more beauty salon for me😁😁😁😁😁

Took 4ever 4 wig to come. Its trash, chopped up, sticky like gel'd already, uneven..They email bk once a day suggesting I wash, style. I DO NOT WANT this for $200! I want my $ back! I will RUIN this co on social media b4 I allow them to rob me of my $ just 2 ship me anything! Will NEVER do biz with this fraud company!!

These people sent me a wig that look nothing like the picture I tried to return it because I ordered a return label and never received it don't order from these people because you won't get a refund. I wish I had known this before I wasted my money. This company is a rip off taking poor people money. They make the website look like it all good nothing but a scam . I'm done with any company that isn't in the United States of America. FRAUD!!!! It based in China. Don't waste your money. You Will be disappointed!!! I don't care if they get mad about my review but it's the truth. I'm just letting people know tired of wasting my money and not getting what is advertised. They will offer a compensation to keep the wig but it's not worth it. These wigs are close to two hundred dollars and should come as advertised on the website. Please beware this website is scam!!!! The address for return they sent you in invalid the post office told me it will cost more than it worth to return, you might consider you just lost money smh!!!! They are using fake models from other websites to sell the wigs to get people money. They are not the real deal they should be banned from any social media website. Please help me banned this website so other people won't be disappointed and losing money!!!!!!!! They offered me $40 to keep the wig to keep me from returning it. This is not a business website and don't believe in Customer Satisfaction at all. SCAM!!!!!! You can't even post a real review on their website if it not 5 Stars or above they won't post your review on their website. I have tried to post this same review on the website and they refused to post it. Proves these people are scammers!!!!

I purchased 3 wig and don’t none of them look like she I purchased. I literally would have to style them myself, this is complete bs. NEVER AGAIN!!!

They are scam artists. They sent my wit pre sprayed and marred it looks nothing like picture on website and it stink. I ordered option to have return label come with wig which they charged for and they never sent return label. I asked for refund and sent proof of arrival and false advertising, they tried to offer me a new wig instead. I’m still waiting on my freaking refund

I only put 1 star because i had to put something to leave this review. Im not big on reviews or bashing . But 225 dollars just went down the drain for a false advertisement. I live with alopecia and i just knew i had something with this company (Baisi Wigs)… To my surprise about 12 days for delivery. I was so excited to get the product I thought to be exact. Open the packaging and there sat a blonde afro wig. Which was not what i ordered so i proceeded to give the benefit of the doubt and wash and condition this wayyyy over processed “lace wig” it was actually a very brassy blonde to be exact.when i wet it and put the shimmer lights purple shampoo on it to tone it down. The hair was so mushy from over bleached . Its shedding like a cat. Everywhere when you touch it hair is coming out like crazy. I can go on and on but i guess i was scammed and lost my hard earned money but who cares right. You people should be a shame of yourselves. Its all about a dollar to you. This was the worst wig i ever purchased and i purchase wigs a lot. Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!! People….. and company. Dont do it. I promise you. Dont do it!!! I cant even try and wear it . Its shedding like crazy. Ruined my day and took my money…

The absolute worst thing is that their refund policy is a fraud. I foolishly bought two wigs for $329 and they offered me a $20 refund to keep it!

The company policy states the following:

3. If you need to return, please return the item according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will contact you and process an exchange or a refund within 1 business day.

These are all lies! I have exchanged 12+ emails back and forth with this company just trying to get a return address to send the wigs back to get a refund.

As I mentioned previously, I foolishly spent over $329 on two wigs including $3.99 for a return address label (another fraud) and these fraudsters offered me $20 as a refund and requested I keep the wigs!

The most egregious thing is they are using the image of black women as a grift to take your money!

Don't patronize this fraudulent company. If you are not satisfied with what you get, you will NEVER get your money back. Someone will send you emails addressing you as "Dear" to string you along and run out the 30-day timeline!

The substandard wigs I purchased and the company both deserve -100 (minus 100) stars.

I purchased 3 wigs it took over 1 month to receive it. When I open up the bag the wigs look nothing like it does on the website they look like synthetic quality the wig had a very bad fish smell to it and stinks so bad I can't wear it I'm trying to return the wigs I spent almost $400 and this is what I get not happy at all
