Money down the drain
Worst purchase ever. I ordered my wigs a few months ago. I had braids so I didnt get to wear them when I purchased them. I thought I'll wear my wig for the first time. Oh NO!!!! they all looked horrible. Definitely not like the picture. Money down the drain. Never will I order anything else. Unsatisfied Customer

Yall ought to be ashamed to call these pieces of crap wigs! Horrible products and you know it! One was short on right side and different textured hair completely from left side longer. The other one I couldn't even see into what it was supposed to be with respect to style. Absolutely horrendous quality & if it's human hair, must be from aliens. I am disgusted

I order a wig that arrived promptly but was unfortunately not the quality advertised.
The company was very responsive during the purchase and to guide me through the return process, and since... It's been he'll!! They reply to a couple of messages to make you believe they're dealing with your refund and then go silent.
It's been 5 months now and I'm yet to see the refund.
I have all the messages and screenshot, so this is by no mean an unjustified smear campaign.
They have poor operations and don't care about customers or how their service vome across. They just care about cashing the money

wig had insects in it!!
Delivery took much longer than expected.
Ordered on the 5th and came on the 20th of October 2025.
They did say they had an international holiday..
But when the wig did arrive it HAD INSECTS IN THE WIG!!

The website says 30 day refund. I got my wig and tried to return it the same day. I was contacted by someone who kept telling me they didn't want to accept the wig back. It's been 3 days and still, they have told me I'll be charged 30% restocking fee.
