Customer service is exceptionally poor

Customer service is exceptionally poor, and doesn't go to any effort to aid customers. I ordered an item on a timeline with expedited shipping, and they didn't even send it until that window closed, and then gave me a fairly dismissive email in response to my issue.

Hidden gem of a store.

Wasn't sure what to expect with this site since I had never heard of it, but everything turned out great. They were the only place that still had the SH Figuarts Super Saiyan Vegeta figure for retail price. It took a little over a week since it was coming from the other side of the country, but it was legit and brand new. Awesome store, will be shopping with them again!

I have had a terrible customer service…

I have had a terrible customer service experience multiple times while actually making purchases. For an online store that sells other brands merchandise, the way you treat people is crucial. I can buy most of these brands on other websites and they have better return policies and a better customer service experience, better websites, more user friendly all around experience from start to finish. I will not be shopping here again.

Pretty much perfect

Bought a collectible off their website and received it less than a week later in perfect condition. The price was the lowest I found on the internet. Communication could be better--you have to visit your account to see when your item ships (they don't send you an e-mail). They have an unusually strict return policy--basically all sales are final unless the item is defective. But overall I am 100% satisfied.
