Got much worse in 2020s
The support staff is so understaffed, that I could spend half an hour walking to the main office and the online chat queue STILL wouldn't get to me. Although, if I do manage to get in their office, I'd be met with another hour-long queue JUST so I can be told that at the end of every month I'll be charged to get "bonuses" and I CANNOT turn that off. What I also can't turn off despite it being a setting in the app is spam that manages to even get though the SMS channel that is ideally reserved for stuff like balance inquiries.
Oh, did I also mention their latest act of infinite greed shining through that happened today? They don't warn you and just start CHARGING YOU FOR A PLAN THAT SHOULDN'T BE CHARGED FOR.
