Our dog has been diagnosed with disc degeneration in his spine and we went looking for an orthopaedic bed for him to be more comfortable. After some searching we opted for a Baker and Bray bed which was delivered next day, and immediately Monty was snuggled up. The bed is great quality, and we would recommend it to anyone looking to help their dog if they need good orthopaedic bed.

Ultimate Luxury Dog Bed.
Extremely happy with the Ultimate Luxury Dog Bed in Rhubarb Red. We have had plenty of dog beds over the years and I can honestly say that this the best constructed and toughest bed we have bought. Also received a fantastic leather collar for free. Great service from Baker and Bray.

No complaints. The service was excellent. The product is excellent. Yes, it’s more expensive than other dog beds but I think it’s worth it. Firm with quality fabric. I wouldn’t scrimp on a bed mattress for me. I’ve had it a couple weeks and I love seeing my dog sleeping so comfortably. I would recommend.

Love the colour rhubarb pink, this is the 2nd bed we have bought, the first one is still amazing, we will be using this one for the car as Roxy loves them. Would 100% recommend, quality, comfort and definitely worth the money.

Plenty of Information of the delivery and the next day it arrived I wish all companies was this good.
The dog bed is excellent quality and believe me i had dogs for 40 years and the quality and padding is so good my dog hasn’t got out of it and this was a dog who never got in baskets

This is the third Ultimate Orthopaedic Dog Bed we have bought from Baker and Bray. Our dogs love them! They are well made, the covers wash well and are easy to take on and off. They might be a bit more expensive than others on the market but you get what you pay for and believe me, we have tried lots! Our first bed was bought several years ago and is still going strong. This time we had to change the size of the bed we bought and customer service couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend!

1. Fussy Greyhound. She was asleep in the bed within minutes and is in it as I type this. She usually sleeps upside down on the sofa.
2. Bed quality. The Ultimate bed we ordered is just that. I’m impressed with how it holds the shape and provides raised areas and notches for the dog to settle into. Our dog likes to ‘roach’ and the bed provides support for her to do that.
3. Speedy delivery. I ordered the bed just before 3pm on Wednesday and it was with me at 10am the next day. Baker and Bray were one of the only companies who have a 120cm or greater bed. Perfect for lanky dogs like mine.
4. Free gift of 3 months of poo bags. Genuinely very useful.
5. Eco manufacturers and high quality craftspersonship.
6. Not made in China. Made in the EU.

Ordered the donut eco calming bed which arrived on 17th Feb. I wasn't too keen on the fluffy fleece to begin with. But my greyhound seemed to like it. It is now in the bin. After a week it stank. My greyhound has a thin coat and is brushed regularly. This bed just pongs. It must be the rather grim plasticky fibres. This is the only bed ever that has been unbearable due to smell after such a short time. It's a cheap piece of rubbish. It's not worth trying to wash it.

Super patronising customer service experience. I bought a bed from them, and it arrived but for various very valid reasons it's not right for my rescue dog who is anxious and needs to feel like he's in a den like bed to sleep soundly. I can't return it for 30 days as I apparently need to get my dog (who I know better than anyone) time to get used to the bed that I know from experience he won't. The customer service person I spoke with was so condescending and talked down to me about not understanding my dog and other things such as their returns policy. I appreciate that the policy this company has to let a dog try the bed for 30 days is a really good one but not when it works against and not for the customer.

Given the beds are of such good quality and a higher-end price, the customer service people could match that and try to understand ALL dogs including rescues and their unique needs, or just appreciate that the customers they’re talking down to might know their dogs better than they do.

The website is covered in positive reviews which I believe to be false. There is no sign of my negative review on the comfort bed which does leave me suspicious. The bed is basically plastic bags inside a pretty cover. My dogs hated them, one even preferring a door mat.
Don't bother.

Used these for first. Rang them to get some info. The customer service was excellent. After the phone call I ordered a bed for my dog. It came in quick time and was perfect. Will use this company again xx
