did not realise that your items were being shipped from the UK - as it is an Australian site it would have been nice if this was made clear in your listings! The order took way longer than expected to arrive due to this.

reply to store reply - your contact us page is not a page that people go to unless they have a question, it should be made clear on the main page or listing pages or even a pop up in the check out area so it is clear for customers, not something they are expected to search for.

I ordered 2 x 12 Easter baskets as I needed 22 for my child’s kindergarten. It cost a lot to get these with the postage and was well over what I wanted to pay but accepted it as they were exactly what I was looking for. However, the items arrived as “12 pieces” so a 6 pack each with the base and handle. The pack itself said “12 pack” on the back. The description on the website said 12 as well. So now I have 12 extremely overpriced baskets that I won’t use. Very disappointed!!

Snow domes so small no child would be capable of colouring in….not even my 8 year old granddaughter who is amazing at crafts and no directions.Weaving baskets not wrapped separately so I had to divid everything, photocopy the directions and place in zip locked bags. Looks very crappy. Very disappointed and have had to buy other things for my Easter baskets at a fraction of the cost and better. I have already sent an email complaining which got me nowhere. Apparently the domes are very popular and yes they would be until received. No child would have the ability to colour in something so small

Product arrived quickly and was exactly what was advertised.

Unfortunately the product really didn't work - out of 8 of the whistles, only 4 produced any sound. The postage cost really made this extremely expensive.

Update - whilst I didn't request a refund, I was contain BKee Ross and informed that I would be receiving a full refund as they had read my feedback - this type of service is unheard of these days, extremely impressed!

I liked that my items were shipped promptly.
I think that the new lambs were not as good as the ones you had 8 years ago. The new lambs have strange pom-pom balls, the old ones had foam flowers.

Good range of products , good specials too. Paint pads were very dry when received , had to add paint to use them. Foam stampers are great.

Unfortunately I received the wrong package. The correct packing sheet but different contents. The customer service has been frustrating. We were asked to provide information about the contents, unfortunately the each time we responded, we were asked to provide more detailed info, which resulted in office staff moving between warehouse and office on four occasions. We have now been asked to take the large heavy box to a post office to pay for return postage. Even though I trust the postage will be refunded, the process has been disappointing and a big time waster. I understand errors can happen, but the process to correct any errors should be streamlined and with clear communication.

Package arrived safely and well packed.

The products are great. Unfortunately the items arrived 6 weeks after expected delivery. They came from UK, not Australia. However, watching tracking they arrived in Australia just in time. I don't know what happened for the last 4 weeks in transit... and because they were Christmas craft items for my class and another class, we have to wait a whole year to use them.

Product - suncatchers and cards are as advertised and well made.
Suncatcher paint pens are useless - there is no opening in the tubes or an easy way of opening. The help line did not respond with a way of opening.

I haven't recieved my Christmas craft order purchased in Oct...valued over $500.
I have emailed a few times and only had one response and that was "please wait"... its now January and the order still is not here and there is no updates on tracking.
The whole experience has been awful and I'm extremely unhappy.

Always quick, and great quality.

Again this year I was able to buy a craft activity for our Craft Christmas party. They will have lots of fun making the bracelets.

I looked at a lot of sites looking for some good art stencils for the kids at our youth group to use for their art project. On this website I found a great selection at a reasonable price, they arrived quickly and the products were a great quality. The kids had a heap of fun using them.

I ordered a boat kit and one of the kits didn’t have some parts so it useless. Very disappointed. Reimbursement of the item would be preferable.
