I am devastated
I am devastated! Received my LARGE order ($448.19 worth of large order) from Baker-Ross for use in a childrens' craft program in a local library. Order #US18001939307. I purchased the supplies after quite a long time searching your website - finding NOTHING but references to the company being UK based.
Fooled me - my supplies were "Made in China". I cannot, in good conscience, use the products with my classes. I am a professional hand crafting artist by trade and using products "Made in China" would be hypocritical.
Would it have been too much trouble for you to have included that bit of information in the wonderful introduction of the company and it's origins? Sure would have saved the landfill some space which will be taken up by my dumping this shipment.

I ordered my crafts because according to the shipping it would be here in plenty of time for our event which was yesterday. I still have not receive what I ordered. I haven't heard anything about it coming or where it is. I won't be ordering from you again. I can't rate the product because I still haven't received it. Funny i got a survey immediately abs…
Funny i got a survey immediately abs still haven't received 11 said later.
Carrier has not even received from "partner" 5 days after they say they sent it.
I don't mind waiting for things but the lack of clarity is a definite issue. I would recommend not sending a ship notice until product is confirmed as received by the carrier, and not sending a soever until product is delivered.
I will review the actual product when i actually have it.
