I order a monkey cheese plant it was delivered without a tray this was supposed to be a hanging plant without tray this was impossible they resent a new plant which got lost in transit.then they replaced that plant another hanging plant with out tray this is very disappointing I'm a good customer and have order alot if plants but not happy with this.they offered me a refund but I didn't understand how that worked as I thought account number and sort code but they don't do it this way
. I'm sorry to leave negative but I feel it had to be mentioned its all been sorted now thank you I thought this was sorted but its not I can5 get replacement or refund not happy

Very well packaged and healthy plants.

Plants had rolled about in box, soil spilled, each plant damaged in some way and pots bent. Couldn’t find a contact email to send photos to so no chance to let Bakker know.

Easy to order. Arrived in time slot promised and in very good condition.

Wanted a large and unusual plant for our room. Amongst the impressive selection on offer Online I found a dragon tree at a very competitive price and with a guarantee that it would thrive. A week after order emails confirmed a date .. and a 1 hour slot when I could expect delivery. Exactly as stated my plant arrived by Courier who handled my plant with care. All was as promised. Ordered the oxygenating plants. The packaging is First Class 🌟. Packed so nothing moves in transit. As long as directions on the box are followed (This way up) Plants arrive the same as when they were packed.The arrived in good shape and healthy.
