Extremely poor customer service from Balaji Courier & Cargo. Staff communication was rude and dismissive when concerns were raised. A company dealing with logistics should maintain better professionalism.

Good service and staff was so helpful

Balaji Courier & Cargo is a fake company.
I sent my packet to London in sep 2025 which is not being delivered even today in Jan 2026.
The same time when I spoke to the team and the owner they are so arrogant saying we can’t help and you do take whatever action is required.

I have booked a consignment for London on 9th Dec but till tonight there is no docket number to track.Further more I called there customer support but couldn't get a satisfactory reply.I am really disappointed and never recommend

Absolutely bad - they have potentially taken the stuff out from the box and broke some of the stuff and refused to compensate and trying to blaming others

The Collection team Collect the GST amount but they are not giving the GST Bill, Poor Customer Care Support

Balaji Courier & Cargo is a fraud company. We couriered goods worth Rs 80,000 to Portugal through them but our goods did not reach there and they are not even telling us where the goods are.

Mine was an International consignment.They delivered the shipment as per the commitment. Good for that .
What is lacking is their pathetic customer service processes. They kept me completely in dark without any communication on the movement of goods.No SMS Email or what's app updates . None of their customer care numbers were in reach . The sales girl who canvassed my order cared a damn for my queries , rather didn't even respond for messages. Literally no clue of my packet. Later the field pick up guy concerned ,luckily , was on reach and helped me with some information. God bless him.
I wouldn't recommend this company.

The most pathetic international courier service I had ever seen, it's being 1 month passed and my courier is still stuck somewhere in between. No proper tracking, none of the responsible person.

Completely fake. Didn’t receive courier..been since 25days.. no tracking system.. tells some stories.. loots the money… donot opt them

Very worst,irresponsible and unprofessional approach.we faced theft of a pair of new addidas shoes in a courier/cargo sent to muscat - oman. irresponsible approach from this company and denied theft and atlast blamed the other country courier service, when approached them they denied saying the parcel was delivered as received.This company which took the items was responsible for making sure of the safe delivery. Unfortunately no compensation .
Please do not prefer this courier

iRecently I had booked a shipment from Balaji Courier & Cargo from Delhi to Canada. Initially they said we had to pay only 14k for 20KG shipment and there will be no hidden charges and we dont have to pay anything else. But these guys are big frauds once the parcel reached Canada, they levied a 80$ custom duty on it and they pressured us to pay the amount else parcel will be returned back. They assured us that they will compensate and refund this amount as this was their fault because they hid such charges.
as student in canada I didnt have money but fearing that parcel will return I was forced to borrow money and pay the custom duty. Once I paid the custom duty these guys stopped picking up the call and now they are saying We wont pay you back. I have all the proofs including call recording where they had promised refund.

These guys are big frauds and cheats. Should not book any parcel from them. I am now left with a debt of 80$ and as a student it is a big thing for me. Ms.Aina ,Mr. Gaurav & Ashutosh are liers and frauds.they fool clients .

Recently I sent a parcel from Jayanagar, Bangalore to my daughter studying at Edinburgh,Scotland.
Since this courier was new to me ,I had my own doubts initially.
I spoke to Sunitha madem who was very sweet and cleared all my doubts patiently.
A person arrived at my residence with packing box,tape and weighing machine and neatly packed everything. I had no original prescription and bill for the tabletsto be sent with the parcel. I got it ready and called him. Sunitha madem sent him again to my house in the evening to pick it up with no extra charge.
The very next day ie.19/7/2023 my package was sent and I received the message on WhatsApp at all stages of transit. Though she told me it would take seven working days,it reached the destination on monday24/7/2023.
The consignment was handled with utmost care and the package was delivered in good condition.
I don't hesitate to declare that this courier service is just superb in quality of service and punctuality .I recommend this service to all for its quality of service,ease of communication and transparency.

Excellent and quick service for international courier

I have received a parcel from my family via your courier service(balaji couriers, Bangalore). On opening the Parcel, I noticed that the packages were broken and filled with rat droppings(rat poop). Please look at the pictures attached.

All the packages were infested by the rat's droppings. Have a look at the images attached.

So I had to throw away the complete package and get the apartment professionally cleaned due to the risk of health hazards.

The total value of the shipment was Rs 9935/- and the courier charges were Rs 19000/-. Additionally, the cleaning charges for the apartment is 200 Euros.

I am in such conditions HEALTH wise that it's risky for me to be exposed to such animal poop.

I have been following up with the customer care since I received this parcel. the customer care is not providing any help other than beating around the bush. I only have one regret on wasting my money and EFFORTS for nothing !!
Please try to think from my perspective, who has been waiting for the parcel containing important things for my condition and finally I end up receiving rat poop. And then I just have to throw the entire packet into dustbin.

This was international courier by the way. Total package weight was 20kg. Sent from Bangalore to Germany.
