I’m very impressed with this company and their Laureate UPF50+ DWR Pocketed Capris. I ordered 3 pairs and after a few weeks of waiting I only received one pair. I contacted the company and they informed me the other two colors were out of stock. They offered to refund my money or wait for new stock. I chose to wait and they credited me 10% off my initial order for the delay. I’m a size 2 and I ordered an extra small. They fit perfectly, are extremely comfortable, are wrinkle free after hours of wear and cool in warm weather. I washed according to the directions and they remained wrinkle free. Great product and company. I will remain a life long customer.

The customer service called me right back and took care of my issue! So nice for a change!!

After completing order, I realized the shipping address was incorrect. I was not unable to access my account. Password issue. Using the contact us function, I was able to get help. Address was corrected. This was taken care of in minutes. I was so relieved.

I love all of my Baleaf clothing purchases. I recently had a return snd it was simple and fast!

On June 29 I placed and paid for an order. 15 days later it had not arrived. I called and surprisingly someone answered. Customer service apologized and told me it was on backorder. They were sorry they had not notified me to inform me. I was assured the merchandise would arrive at the end of July. Nope. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal who refunded my money immediately.

The follow up to a request was immediate and helpful.
Also, the product is quality and very reasonable.

My shorts are comfortable and fit good.

Incredible product. Fast delivery. Amazing quality and price.

I love these shorts but had to wait for them for about a month & when they arrived the inside seam on one leg had a tuck in it. Both pair were this way. Noticeable because of the lightweight material. Quality is not the best but very comfortable & love the length.

Baleaf is a modest athletic skirt. I wear them almost every day. You get modest and comfort all in one.

I love Baleaf!! The tank top was exactly what I was looking for. The top is so comfortable, and easy to move in.

Customer service is completely non-existent. I ordered two pairs of capris. At first the online tracker said the order was delayed with no further details, so I sent an email asking when I might expect to see the order. ZERO response. I followed up, again ZERO response. Then suddenly there was a notice of delivery however one pair was missing. I checked online and it says "partially delivered" which really doesn't help me, so I sent another email letting them know I'd received one of the two pairs and I asked when I could expect to get the second pair. ZERO response. Just horrible service. If I hadn't received one pair, I would be thinking that this was a total scam. I will never again order from them and will let everyone I know not to as well.

Their size chart is all wrong. My tops were too small. I returned at my own cost as per their policy (I’m in Canada) and now they won’t refund me for the tops. It’s been a month and several back and forth emails. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. Please do not deal with this company. They are frauds.
