Worst company ever

Worst company ever! Not providing any services for our building. You cannot contact them. I’ve had a leak in my flat from the main roof building for 16 months and have had no help from them whatsoever. Haven’t had any contact with me for 8 months except to send me a bill!

Debbie Perry is a con artist

Debbie Perry is a con artist, liar and thief. Charges for work that isn't done, year after year the reserve fund and contingency fund disappears with no explanation, no accounts presented when asked and not even a member of the redress scheme which by law they have to be. I have been trying to sell my property for years and this company has made it impossible by refusing to communicate with me or my solicitor so the sale can't proceed. Fraudulent company do everything you can to avoid them.

You can never get hold of them

Awful company to get hold of.

I have attempted 8 ties in all different formats as well as regularly following up with emails, phone calls etc and have not been able to get in contact with a single person over the course of 3 weeks.

Very poor

Fraudulent company!

As previous reviews show, this company is appalling! We are in the process of removing them as the park they're responsable is left unattended! The fences are broken, bins overflowing, bushes overgrown, etc.
We originally called them multiple times with no response from them. When in January, we received an invoice, we decided to bring all the residents together and take action. On the invoice was a new phone number, new bank account, new address, new staff! That company is dodgy! They charge you for things that are never done, a massive part for contingency that we will probably never see again! If you're unlucky to have them as your management company, do everything you can to sack them. If you're thinking of appointing a new management company, avoid them at all costs. Debby is a fraudulent woman, having her entire family on board to con people. She should be prosecuted!

A really poor experience

A really poor experience. If you are considering buying a property where Balinor 'manage' the building then please reconsider your decision. Bins are not emptied, gardens are left to become overgrown, communal lights are left to flash randomly for weeks, fire safety work is ignored and faulty guttering leads to damp patches which aren't sorted out. I have just waited two months for my financial statement only to be asked to pay my annual fee earlier than usual. Dreadful.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are clueless with regard to property maintenance. Their accounting is purposely vague - to confuse clients and enrich Balinor. They are totally unprofessional and not to be trusted.

Completely useless

Completely useless. Since this management company took over the building I live in, they have refused to do anything worth while. Staff ignore emails and phone calls, but are still happy to take your money.

ONE STAR IS TOO MANY !

ONE STAR IS TOO MANY !! - My wife and I purchased a flat under the 'care' of Balinor. During the purchase our solicitors advised us not to proceed as they were unhappy with the responses from Balinor. We ignored their advise, thinking that no management company could be that bad - WHAT A MISTAKE. We spent the next two years trying to find out where the Reserve Fund monies, we were promised were. We eventually found that all monies had disappeared. In the end we decided to take legal action. The claim went in our favour, but we were forced to escalate the claim to the High Court to get our monies due. If you are thinking about instructing this company to manage your property or are thinking about purchasing a property under their management, please think very carefully. This is a company that should be barred from trading !!

Avoid This Company At All Cost!

Please do not even think of using this company as they are truly terrible! They don't do the maintenance required for the upkeep of properties they are hired to manage. We had to get a new management company to take over who were shocked at the disrepair of both of our estates. The cost of putting our estates back into a good state of repair has been considerable. This should have been covered by the reserve fund, which the owners had been paying into for years, but inexplicably there was nothing in this fund to cover the work. All very shocking!
