Poor delivery service
Item ordered Thursday for next day delivery. Delivery delayed from Friday to Monday. Not delivered on Monday. Current time is 15:50 on Tuesday - still no delivery.

Prompt delivery

The price was good, delivery was prompt. Item was well packaged. However it was sent with a 2 pin European power lead. I emailed asking for the correct lead to be sent to me, given I am in the UK as is the supplier but received no reply.
