Placed an order on a weekend and received immediate order confirmation and delivery information. In all, from order to receipt of item was 3 days—that is exceptional.

Best price I could find for a monitor arm on the internet. Dispatched promptly and tracked up to delivery. Not installed yet but quality looks spot on.

First of all, the company had the item I wanted (27-inch LG monitor) in stock at a good price. Ordering through the company's web site was straightforward, the shipping cost was reasonable, and I received regular email updates about the status of my order and when I could expect it to be delivered. Delivery itself was exceptionally fast - order placed on Monday, delivery mid-morning on Tuesday. Full marks!

Delivered several days earlier than expected and by a highly reputable courier service (with tracking). Packaged well with a surplus of bubble wrap. Good price for a not so common item.

Would have been 5* but I did not receive an 'item dispatched email' or 'tracking email' confirmation as promised at the time of placing the order. Simple admin or system oversight maybe? - no big deal .....

From search engine to delivered, very easy process, selected 7 day delivery (arrived in 2), item was cheapest I could find on internet, delivered by DPD 😃, well packaged. Would definitely use again.

My first experience with Ballicom was great—sharp pricing and fast delivery. The second was poor; I ordered express shipping, but they couldn't fulfill it on time. While their customer service was excellent and they refunded my postage, getting an accurate delivery date was impossible. They tried calling to explain, but left no voicemail, text, or email, missing the chance to resolve the issue sooner.

Delivered on time and the monitor is great. Good service.

Order online from this company and received the incorrect printer. I phoned to report and was told I had to report this online.. WHHHHATT.
reported it online had to create a 'support ticket'...
I couldn't do this as it stated online that I hadn't received my delivery yet, despite having received and signed for it the day before!!

In response, I was asked by the customer service agent to email over images and there was no 'anti-tamper tape' on the box just clear tape. Matter has been passed over to my bank to recover the money.
Will never buy from again!!

2days later managed to raise a 'Support Ticket' then received an email some time later.. was asked to send pictures of the box and part codes so that they could organise a returns code so did so.
then was told by the support team, 'You can't return that now as you have opened the box'!!!! despite there being no 'tamper tape' on the box.

Ended up being told I could return the item with a 20% handling charge (£100).. outrageous!

We were having trouble sourcing a particular SSD and noticed that Ballicom had stock available on their website. Before placing an order, I wanted to double-check availability, so I gave them a call. Ross Webb answered and provided excellent customer service. He checked the live stock levels, was honest about availability, and gave us an accurate lead time. We received both drives exactly when Ross said we would. Throughout the process, he kept us informed with delivery updates and proved to be reliable and professional from start to finish. Ballicom is a dependable supplier, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Ross, and the Ballicom team, for such a positive experience.
