I have come across Ballyrobert Gardens' web site when I was looking for Stachys byzantina 'Silver Carpet's needed for my garden.

I was (and continue) to be surprised with the quality of all plants received from them and their superb packaging for transportation. Their prices are much lower than any others found online - combined with the high quality of their plants this makes dealing with Ballyrobert Gardens really enjoyable. Delivery is as planned or even faster. All emails are answered really promptly. So far I have had only one occasion when I was sent a different colour of a plant but the mistake was corrected within a few days without having to send the wrong item back & I received the correct one free of charge. Their annual plant guarantee is another bonus, although the quality of their plants is so high that I do not think I will need to rely on it! Finally, their addition of fudge sweets to every order is such a personal touch!

I do not have anything but praise for this retailer, everything I have ever purchased from them has arrived safely on time, very well packaged and healthy plants.I look forward to ordering my next purchases from them. Best wishes for Christmas and New Year. Stay safe.

I have had several orders from Ballyrobert.One was excellent but the second one at the end of 1919? the plants were very small.I potted most of them on in spring but a number have been very slow to get moving.

I like the wide range of plants with lovely. Photos, good instructions are reasonably priced and beautifully packed by friendly people.
I will certainly purchase again but will be more likely to stay with spring time.
I have recommended the company to several people who have been very pleased with their plant orders.

Having ordered from a few different online plant sellers I have to say that I was really impressed with Ballyrobert Gardens. The plants arrived quickly and in really good condition. Best of all, ALL the packaging was either recyclable or compostable, such a refreshing change. I will be definitely buying from here again.

Great quality plants, wide choice, and excellent value, I particularly enjoy reading the online cultivar and care info ,which is always helpful, but quite often funny as well. I’ll be buying more plants from Ballyrobert Gardens as soon as my budget allows.

I have been delighted with my very healthy plants that I have used to create a wild garden. Even in this short time I have found an increase in amount of various species of bees & butterflies & have had Mason bees lay their eggs in my hotel for the first time.
The only problem I have found is that when plants are out of stock & then become available it is usually only one or two at a time. This increases the cost significantly & wish you could find a way of holding them for me until there are about 5 plants. I don't mind paying up front as this is a much more efficient way dispatching. Could you look into this for me as I want to continue to buy your lovely plants?

I have been planting a garden from scratch this year, largely with shrubs, grasses and perennials, so I've experienced the quality (or otherwise) and service (or lack of) from a significant number of nurseries, and Ballyrobert is amongst the top three on both counts. Their plants arrive safely, amazingly quickly (within 2-3 days of ordering - no hiding deficiencies behind Covid here), and packed using all recyclable materials. I was concerned that the plants were small, but they have proved without exception to be tough and have established really well. Add to that, prices that are as good as anywhere, the cheapest p&p costs around, and a website that is thorough, entertaining, and tells you all you might want to know, and you have an absolute winner.....and they even send you a sweetie with your plants!

Ballyrobert plants are a decent size and never fail. The choice is amazing and the information and advice invaluable.

Love the fact it's local, everything is biodegradable or can be composted, I've even found a few worms to help out!!! Plants are strong and i LOVE tue wee treats when opening the package...and I will definitely be using ballyrobert gardens again!!!

Took one star off as I had earmarked a few plants ( or thought I had !) that were not immediately available and hoped to hear when they were back in
supply . I didn't. Perhaps I had not responded correctly.

Otherwise this is about the best place I have found for a big variety of
