Wow this company are first class!.
Super fast delivery and extremely cheap P&P and the plants were exceedingly well packaged and with a lovely note on how they had been grown etc and how to look after them and plant on. Plus a lovely touch from Felix of a 'Stay Safe' hand written and a packet of ' Love Hearts'.
Really healthy looking plants too. I will not be ordering from anyone else now.

I’m happy, possibly even ecstatic, to confirm the plants arrived just after breakfast this morning (2 days after I ordered them). I was worried Brexit was going to confound this delivery from Northern Ireland to the Republic. And the shipping costs were negligible, a flat rate of a couple of quid. I’m impressed with the beautifully neat way they’ve been packaged. And clearly in much better health than the older bedraggled heuchera I’ve seen in the local garden centres.

I recently ordered from Ballyrobert I was amazed at the speed of delivery and also was pleased that the plants were packed so well and securely. They all looked healthy and I am looking forward to planting them.
I also liked the sticker on the Centaurea saying it was dormant - and the love hearts!

I searched for certain plants on Google and I found Ballyrobert Gardens. What a find! The plants arrived very well packaged and in great condition with explanation of how they had been prepared for transit (cutting back). They were well secured in the box and a small brown paper bag secured at the top inside held the paperwork and a small tube of Love Hearts♥️ What a lovely touch, a small thing I know but lifted my spirits. Never be nervous about buying high quality plants from a company that display high quality in every aspect of growing, packing and delivery. the way the plants were prepared, the wrapping round the base to feed soil and some moisture in and the canes taped to top of the container to ensure no movement during transit shows a great attention to detail and the plants in a better condition than I normally get from a local garden centre... which I now will never use again because Ballyrobert delivery perfection and deserve repeat business

I've never had a plant fail and appreciate the cultivation notes and description provided alongside each plant on-line.

I only ordered one geranium plant from Ballyrobert, but I was touched by the fact that Neil wrote a little note on the invoice, enclosed a little packet of sweets, & the plant was wrapped in a compostable bag.
Little things, but the personal touch is important to me.
The plant was in good condition. Will definitely use them again.

This nursery has been a great wee find. First time customer, the plants are well packaged and dispatched really promptly. Plants themselves - arunca dioicus, healthy and happy already in the tubs that I'll be able to put in the back of my border. This will give gentle privacy screening for the summer that I'm sure my lovely neighbours will equally enjoy.
