Wonderful quality

I rejoice in my Bamford clothes. They are such beautiful quality that they last for years. The service is excellent, too, and things come enticingly packaged.

Beautiful products I love them ,
First class service and the presentation and little letter inside was a lovely personal touch,
Prompt customer service ,
I also had the advent calendar for Christmas and it was amazing ,
I wanted to thank them personally.
Highly recommended.

Only complaint is length of time for delivery from DPD who sent three notifications of delivery day/times but failed to turn up. After that it only showed that the item was in their depot before it was finally delivered. Good thing I ordered ahead for this birthday present.

Recent experience disappointing

Recent experience disappointing
Having read the more recent reviews, January 2026 and December 2025, quite a few people gave a 1 star review. I like to add my experience here as well and why a 2 star review will be given by me. I had a recent order where one content of the gift box was missing. The Bamford team did respond quite swiftly and arranged for new gift set to be send to me, which was very much appreciated. Another order I placed on the 10.12.26 and only after several email exchanges later the parcel was delivered yesterday, 26.01.26. Only to find out that half the order was only send to me. So I called to cancel that half of the order which was swiftly dealt with by the Bamford customer team. I was told that there was a computer / warehouse issue which caused a lot of the delays. I hope this can be sorted as it is a shame to give only such low rating. As stated by others the packaging is exaptational when it does arrive. I cancelled the rest of the order as i didn't want to wait and chase up on that item for another unknown time.

I am a big fan of Bamford

I am a big fan of Bamford; I really like the style and quality of the fashion.
As I live in Switzerland (and don't visit our friends in the Cotswolds regularly), I placed my first order for the cosmetic products that I particularly appreciate.
However, I was very surprised and, above all, disappointed that I couldn't order my favourite fragrance as a room fragrance (Geranium diffuser). "Unfortunately, under new regulations, we can not ship this diffuser to Switzerland". Only available for order within England... but hopefully that will change soon?

I ordered and paid for a scarf which was shown as in stock.
It was not in stock and you had to refund me.
