We switched to BAMS just over 10 months ago, and the savings are already very clear. The cost these 10 months is about $500 less than the previous 10 months with our last credit card processor.

Switching and setup was simple. Our rep did most of the work for us! Any time I have a question, they are diligent and attentive in getting us answers even if the question is not specific to their company. If they don't hear from us for a while, they will even check in to make sure that everything is going well and we have no concerns.

We moved to BAMS a few months ago and saw a significant savings. Moreover, the online reporting interface is better than the previous provider. Customer service has been great and the changeover was smooth as well. Highly recommend.

What makes BAMS so remarkable is their excellent customer service, amazing rates and their consistent reliability. I have been using them for several years and would never look at another company to replace them. You definitely cannot go wrong when you have BAMS on your side.

Truly heinous sales practices. Their sales person called me on three separate lines, including my personal cell phone, one right after the other because we didn't pick up at the office.

Olga is truly the definition of exceptional customer service! The rates are so much lower and that’s what made us switch over at first but the service & professionalism has kept us here! Whether it’s receipt paper, system question or help with the machine she is always there to assist us.

This was the smoothest,quickest and most convenient setup I've dealt with working with any Credit Card Processing company. I received Olga number from a business associate while speaking about the difficulties and limitations that come with using square for credit card processing. I reached out and to her and the rest has been easy sailing. Her communication and response times are excellent and BAMS has been a great platform and processesor and I highly recommend their services!

We recently switched our service to BAMS and we couldn't be happier. Their sales team explained everything to us so we proceeded to have a discussion with Olga who is our Account Manager. She has saved us not only time but money. And she is available when you need her the most. Plus the fact that our deposit cutoff time is 6pm PST and not 12:30pm is a huge asset for depositing funds same day in our account. I HIGHLY recommend BAMS! And I highly recommend Olga! She is easy to reach and follows through with any question you have. She is also very pleasant and patient to work with. Our small business cannot thank her enough!

I am a new customer to BAMS, I had my reservation about switching but I am so glad I did. The switch over to there system went very smoothly. The reports I get are easy to understand and clear. Besides being so much cheaper, I wish I had switched earlier. Olga and her team are very responsive to anything issue you might have. They get back to you so quickly. I had some issues with some charges doubling up, due to some setup in our online payment feature we do believe. But Olga and the BAMS team was able to solve those and reverse the entries so easily for our company, instead of me going to the online site and doing it. By the way reports are nicely combined together so I don't have to record from different payment avenues. I can't say enough about how helpful they have been. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to switch.

I don't even know where to begin. I've processed with numerous other merchants, but nothing is working out, so I came across Bams through Google search. I checked the reviews, and they were all positive, so I decided to give it a shot. From what I could tell, this was the best so far because Olga will be honest with you about the dos and don'ts, and once you comply, you're good to go. She will reveal that to you but other companies won’t, believe that. On a scale of 0-100 I'll say 101 ✅ bring your business to Bams and Olga won’t let you down you can have my words on that
