Can't recommend this company enough!!!
When we started looking around for some personalised wedding gifts I came up with the idea of some embroidered hats. I went through 3 or 4 different websites and found hurdle after hurdle or glitches in the process. Then I found banana moon!
The selection of items was amazing, and I found exactly what we were looking for. Their website is well constructed and easy to use. The next day I received an email with my project ready for approval which gave me the confidence to go ahead! 6 days later my items were delivered!
Then, when we realised perhaps we needed to get a few more gifts we jumped straight back in and created a second order. Both an email and phone call was received for approval- it great to speak to a human sometimes! You could tell this team cares and they were able to fulfil the order in great time.
I'm so grateful to have found this company, and that their work will feature in our special day!

My fifth order from BM; an outstanding company. Orders are processed accurately and quickly, I was in a rush and they delivered a day earlier than expected. Every mistake I made they solved and the quality of production is fantastic. Very impressive, would recommend to anyone.

Great company and would use again

Fantastic experience from start to finish
Really great communication from the start of the process. All team members were responsive, professional and so helpful. The online process of approving proofs all the way to updating delivery dates is fantastic. The quality of the print is immaculate too, couldn't be happier!

Brilliant
Banana Moon have provided us with leavers hoodies for my sons class. The quality is great, any correspondence was brilliant, informative and patient. The reason I have not given 5 stars is because we haven't washed them yet, so I don't know how well they wash and how long the printing lasts. If I can update, in a few weeks, I will.
