There was a mistake on the refund for the items I returned. First I really struggled with customer service with emails back and forth and then I called. I had a conversation with a wonderful person who was really kind a helpful with every detail and also soved my problem. This company is very very lucky having this person on board, who is kind a speaks wonderful english and willing to help the customer. Someone who really struggles with customers services in Germany he was very rare example, I was lucky this person answered the call and solved my problem in 10 minutes. Kudos for Evangelos Skafidas! 🙏🏻

Poor customer service.
1.I place the order online.Two days after no message at all from Bandel
2.I inqure about the status ( already paid in full , to be clear) of my order and I get a replay that my order is not active as the address is faulty !
3.Thank you Bandel, I will send the corect address via e-mail on the spot.
4.I recevie response that now everything îs fine and the order is dispatched.
5.I get a tracking number and when I check the status of my package I find ouț that my staff is ready to be shipped Internațional!!!
6.I write back to the same useless Bandel rep that messed up my order and till now I did not get any replay from his side nor from Bandel side.
Very disapointed Bandel !Very bad image,poor attitude no comments.

I see strong marketing,big words on how many products you have, how many years of experience yet Bandel is unable to do one order correct.I talk about my first and only experience with Bandel.
You better invest a lot in your employees,train them coach them guide them how to be effecient and effective.
As from my standing point you are nowere near the spot.
I will ask Bandel to refund my money back and promise I will never bother you with anyorder.
I use the competition 9 ouț of 10 Times where everything goes very easy , great customer suport!But they did not have what I was looking for !

And please have a one on one talk to the Rep.employee ( I have his name ) that did not bother to answer back and tell him that is extremely rude on his attitude.About his ability to fulfill his job, he failed from my side.

El mes de noviembre 2022 he comprado a través de eBay un catalizador para un Mini Cooper S cual me ha llegado con defectos en las roscas de los sensores y las chapas de sujeción también,cosa que he reclamado y me han devuelto 20€ de un total de 201€ ... hoy mes de octubre 2023( 11 meses más tarde )tenía que pasar la inspección técnica del vehículo y me han puesto falta grave por los gases porque el catalizador ya no hace bien su función.. según la garantía que dan por el catalizador la tienda BANDEL AUTOMOTIVE me deberían de devolver la cantidad entera de la pieza más la mano de obra de montaje cosa que yo no lo he reclamado y me he puesto en contacto con ellos a través de eBay por donde he realizado la compra y les he enviando foto del resultado de gases de la ITV pero ellos me dicen que la pieza ya no tiene garantía....parece que muchas tiendas online de Alemania están siguiendo los pasos de China tanto en calidad como la forma de los tratos con los clientes .... MUCHO CUIDADO CON ESTA EMPRESA 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎...yo seguiré dejando este mismo comentario en todas las páginas que aparecen en la web además les voy a reclamar a través de la OCU y por lo menos recuperar el dinero del catalizador

In November 2022, I purchased a catalytic converter for a Mini Cooper S through eBay, which arrived with defects in the threads of the sensors and the fastening plates as well, which I complained about and they refunded me €20 of the total. of €201... today October 2023 (11 months later) I had to pass the technical inspection of the vehicle and they gave me a serious fault for the gases because the catalyst no longer does its job well... according to the guarantee they give For the catalyst, the BANDEL AUTOMOTIVE store should refund me the entire amount of the part plus the assembly labor, which I have not claimed and I have contacted them through eBay where I made the purchase and I have sent them a photo of the MOT gas result but they tell me that the part no longer has a warranty....it seems that many online stores in Germany are following in China's footsteps both in quality and in the way they deal with them. clients.... I ordered a set of Brembo discs and pads in their Ebay shop. Both discs turned out to be crooked and needed to be corrected before they could be used, which costed me an additional 65 Eur

Customer "service" is non existing and they don't give s... about EU law.

I have tried to contact Bandel-online on both Ebay and directly to their webshop, but without any luck.

STAY AWAY from this company.

Ordered set of brakes and disks, came within few days through strong tracking. Experienced some confusion with my order, called customer support. 5/5 English was no problem, employe gave me multiple solutions and explanations. I will use their services again for sure!

Refuses to adhere to EU law, doesn't have any customer service.

If your car part turns out to be defective a few months in, you're left to fend on your own and pay out of pocket for a new part from a real mechanic, so i very much agree with the guy above / below me that says the company is a fraudelent seller, because thats basicly what they are.
