We've been in Paris for vacation and using their automat. First, no one would help us as the automat did not work properly. When it did not give my card back, they just told us to come back 3 days later!! Because only then someone with a key would be there and could give it back. We were already mad at that point and thought that we are at least lucky that we would not be leaving until then. Okay, we came back the mentioned day and they just told us the guy with the key emptied the automat and took everything with him - no communication between the parties, they didn't even know who we could contact. So instead of helping us, they did nothing at all - I guess there would have been ways to talk to the person if they had clients interest in mind. Or at least minimum let know anything about THEIR process so they could be helpful for clients and forward them to someone in their company who knows about their proceedings. Instead they made us come back later for nothing and then deal with a lost card which obviously costs money as well next to not having access to my bank account for the rest of my trip.
