BKS made a mess of of this £100k kitchen start to finish not much more I can say.
More importantly Chris Larkin cannot be trusted just liquidated BKS Ltd assume he has too many people like us suing him.
Do not be fooled this joker will promise a high end kitchen take the money and leave you with a very poor outcome.

I wrote the below review and then realised BKS is being liquidated !

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !

JUST THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY SUPPLIER, ISSUES STILL NOT RESOLVED AFTER 18 MONTHS !

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, YOU MIGHT ASWELL THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE BIN!! It has taken Chris Larkin (the owner) over 2 years to get our kitchen on site and it’s still incomplete!! The whole process from the start was horrible, chaotic, unorganised, and full of lies/fraud. This has caused my husband and I so much stress and cost us 50% more than what they originally quoted.
The quality of the kitchen is terrible, looks nothing like what the team promised or what they advertised in the showroom display, you can honestly get higher quality kitchen furniture and a better service at B&Q. On our last visit to the showroom, Shauni (the owners daughter in law), literally shouted at myself and my husband after we contested their decision to not complete to job. Shauni is incredibly rude and difficult, even Chris was complaining to us how it is impossible to work with her, wants her to leave but unable to tell her as she is family (we were constantly dragged in their family politics which we had no interest in, we just wanted a kitchen). Shauni along with other family members, previous owners (check companies house) and ex-employees have left 5* reviews on here, now if you were an honest and reputable company you wouldn’t need to recruit your friends and family to leave positive reviews and this really is evidence of how untrustworthy they are. When I asked them about the negative reviews on google they gave me a bunch of BS about how they are taking people to court, these guys are compulsive liars, don’t believe them.
Over the past 2+ years we have seen over 20 staff come and go; I’m not surprised since company management is so tragic. You can imagine the high turnover is super disruptive as a customer, dealing with different people all the time and no one has any idea of what’s going on, we are left having to constantly repeat ourselves. They continuously ask for more money to rectify issues caused as a result of their teams poor knowledge and errors. One of the many examples, the team of “designers” (none of them are qualified for this title) had ordered materials which could never be installed due to technical limitations, and we were forced to pay for these as well as reordering the correct furniture. Another example, they charged us for two sets of pocket door mechanisms, at £2K each, only one was installed and its faulty. They didn’t stick to any of the terms and conditions outlined on the contract, when we asked to see the document to our disgust, we discovered they HAD SIGNED THE CONTRACT ON OUR BEHALF WHICH IS FRAUD!
The kitchen arrived damaged, marks and cracks all over the furniture, hinges are discolored, magnetic catches not working, the list goes on. Chris promised to spray the furniture at the very end to cover all marks and replace the hinges and magnets, but later changed his mind and claimed he had never made such promises, liar. Chris has told us on numerous occasions mid project after taking 90% of our money that we should finish the job ourselves, threatening to leave us with unassembled melamine and plastic (because that’s essentially what the kitchen furniture is made of NOT OAK like they say when selling the product), before now abandoning the job with it being incomplete. He also on one occasion threatened to dissolve the company and relaunch under a different name, so that if we took him to court we would “get nothing”.
You only need to take one look at the people working here and that will tell you everything you need to know. I hate that I have to give 1 star, they truly do not deserve it. This company should be forced to close down and never reopen, it's unjust that they are allowed to take clients hard earned money to fund their 20 holidays a year instead of delivering the product which was paid for. Check companies house, there have been attempts to close the company due to accounts overdue.
Learn from our awful experience and go with a more reputable company, don’t invest in these conmen. I will be taking Christopher Larkin to the police for fraud.

Excellent products, superb customer service and good communication from start to finish.
Would highly recommend anyone who wants a luxe new kitchen to use this Company.

In September, we faced the dilemma of having to replace our gas boiler and to relocate the new one on an outside wall. This meant giving up our much- prized larder, with all its storage and finding new storage space in the kitchen.
We consulted BKS for ideas. Their carpenter proposed a bespoke wall-mounted cabinet in the shaker style entirely in keeping with the kitchen. He also proposed some shelving for an existing cupboard.
We are very pleased that the new cupboard and shelving was installed with exquisite care before Christmas entirely to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend BKS to a friend.

Banstead Kitchens understood our ideas and created exactly what we had envisioned. Dedicated workmanship and striving for perfection as the customer sees it. well done. we are planning on doing further work in the house because we have found the right people to do that work!

‘To end up with a quality dream kitchen at an affordable price takes a lot of research and time. Having trawled through all the high street kitchen retailers, we ended up at Banstead Kitchen Studios. Their kitchen designer, Sharon, was truly inspiring, very patient and produced professional workable designs. Both managers, Chris and Andreas together with Sharon visited the house and advised on many aspects that we hadn’t thought of and together we ended up with a modern/classic workable design that is now our dream kitchen. The detail and time they gave was impressive and they ensured we were happy throughout the fitting. The hardest decision was choosing a worktop and then the colour of the units! In the end, Manish at Marble & Quartz helped us choose a gorgeous quartz worktop and organised the fitting of it by his experienced fitters. The units are sturdy and well made giving a sense of quality. Tony was an excellent fitter, very professional, accurate and good on detail. Chris and I would like to thank the Banstead Studio Team for being professional, patient and friendly throughout the whole process. I am so happy with my new kitchen. The quality is fantastic. Banstead kitchens were so good at coming up with a decent bespoke design which other companies were not able to do. Nothing was too much trouble for them from the design to the installation. I’d thoroughly recommend them!

Excellent end to end service from Chris, Andreas and Jimmy. Delighted to recommend them. Accommodating and responsive, ensured we got the kitchen we were after.
