Fast delivery with great prices

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery. Yasser went out of his way to find the special item of sanitary ware required and arranged for delivery to site within a week. Would use any again.

Yasser was excellent- very friendly and helpful. He went the extra mile to sort out a complicated delivery schedule, helping to avoid a delay in our project.

The sink was cheaper from Banyo than anywhere else (saved me around £50!) and was delivered within the time stated. I would recommend this company.

I have no real complaint of Banyo I did not read all of the delivery information! Having placed the order only picking up the 3 to 4 day delivery time frame. Ricky got back in touch by email saying that the supplier had quoted 4 to 6 week delivery time frame and was this acceptable or did I want to cancel the order. I said OK and any questions I had they looked into and got back to me. One question was about a text which said the shipper did not have a full address. There were some things in the text I did not like. So I emailed Ricky about it and he confirmed that the shipper did have my full address and I should be careful if I replied to it. So I think that says it all and yes I would use them again.

Excellent customer service - great service from Yasser and the Banyo team. There was a hitch with the supply of our bath - nothing to do with Banyo - and Yasser went above and beyond to get it resolved. Would definitely recommend.

Really helpful when speaking to the company on the phone. I was able to arrange a quicker delivery than the suggested delivery time. Great communication until the bath was delivered. Very happy with the quality of the bath.

Despite them being let down by the supplier with our bath, Yasa phoned me as soon as I ordered to make sure the delivery date would be ok and continued to keep me fully informed throughout with regular updates and sourcing alternative options in case the delivery was further delayed. I would highly recommend using Banyo.

Amazing service ! Couldn’t be more helpful. Even took the trouble to personally call me to update me on the order.

Ordered a Blanco stainless steel tap. Despatch was not immediate, as I had expected, but my query was very speedily answered by Yasser. The customer service I received was very helpful, and when the item arrived it was well packed. I would most definitely use this company again.
