I have been purchasing electronic components and spare parts from Banzai for some time now and have always received excellent service, without any rush.
For those who repair HiFi equipment, the big problem today is “fake” components (e.g. Silmic II with values that are not even in the Elna catalogue), but with Banzai there is no such risk. So far, if a part is for sale from them, it is original.
Sometimes a component is out of stock, but a second shipment will arrive, slowly, for free (and if you have forgotten something in the meantime, you can add it to your order... a must).
Perhaps I shouldn't write this, but for old customers, they also do procurement, or at least they try to.

I've been ordering from Banzai music for years now, mostly electronic parts for guitar and DIY guitar effects pedals.
I highly recommend this boutique.
They have a large amount of choice. Everything is well packed and labeled. Sometimes I had to wait a bit for my order to be prepared but now it seems they can ship my order in few days.

I have used Banzai for many years. They have a great range of electronic parts that I use in my musical projects from Midi Controllers to repairing vintage Marshall amplifiers. The service is rapid and the few problems I had were dealt with quickly. The reason I gave it four stars instead of 5 is that the DHL delivery service hands the package to Spanish Correos and from there things can get sketchy at times. I would pay extra for a proper courier service
