Very disappointing experience. Very long wait for food (90 minutes), children's meals served after the adults, very poor value for money, food removed that wasn't finished, missing items from meals and poor communication throughout.

What was most frustrating was the handling of the complaint afterwards. Despite acknowledging several service failures, the restaurant offered no compensation and appeared more interested in disputing our experience and calling me a liar, than retaining a regular customer.

Sadly, not the level of service we expected and it's really quite upsetting.

I visited on April 28th 2026 and the service was absolutely fantastic. I went the following day and it was awful and the waitress was rude. I had to leave having only eaten half off the breakfast because I ordered the large one and when it came out half of it was missing. No apology whatsoever, the waitress just pulled her face and never offered a discount.
