ISA investment repayments

I have been receiving my promised repayments, but more slowly than agreed. I have received half my repayments so far, starting last June with what was supposed to be the first of six monthly repayments. So far I've received four repayments, amounting to 2/3 of my initial investment. So I am waiting for two more repayments plus a final payment of the interest accrued. All-in-all, a better outcome than I initially expected. I do have the details of the care home company that Barbican Isa is funding, and contact details of the individuals involved, many of whom I have had personal contact with over the last year or so. However, the Barbican admin team do not respond to emails - a better bet for getting a response is a personal visit to the head office or to one of their specific care homes. They will claim that care home staff have no knowledge of the ISA, which is true I'm sure, but they are nevertheless indirectly involved simply because their operations have been and continue to be funded in part by our investments.

Still waiting for my money

I still have not seen a penny of the money I invested. My last email from them was in April and since then they have ignored all correspondence from me.
I really don’t know what to do to take this further, dies anyone have any ideas?

Deeply concerned

In 2018 I took out an ISA with Barbican which matured in May 2021. I contacted them to ask when I will receive my investment money I got a reply saying they were waiting for the sale of some property's to be completed which should be done by the end of June I received another email a couple of weeks later saying the the sale was now been completed and I will have my investment plus interest returned to me by the 15th of August needless to say this didn't happen I tried calling and mailing them but got no response so I contacted action fraud to see if they could help me by investigating if Barbican was genuine or a scam after approximately 4 weeks AF contacted me to say that they couldn't help me at this time. I emailed Barbican again saying I'd spoken to AF then on the 30th of November 2021 I finally received a reply with an attached letter everything was going well and my investment was safe and could I complete attached form with my bank details so they know where to send my money again nothing happened after more emailing I finally received a message on the 12th of January this year saying that they will have some positive news for me soon on the 22nd of February l received another email stating that the planned sale of assets is progressing steadily and the sale should be completed by the end of April on the 28th April I started emailing Barbican again as of yet the 25th of June I've heard nothing from them so it's looking like they have ripped us off.
Anyone with more information they would like to share I'm on FB Bill Rayworth

My bond isa

My bond isa matured in June 2021, no sight of money. I have emailed at least 20 times but rarely receive a response. Last one was almost 5months ago.
I’ve sent my details for repayment in January 2022.
To add insult to injury they have the cheek to start my last email with “seasons greetings”.
They informed me they were in process of selling property and this was closed to completion but due to COVID this had been delayed. As a health professional I know that the nhs bought up empty beds in care homes and paid the homes , even if they were empty. Care homes do not run at a loss , so where is our money?
Does anyone know how we can take this further?

Fao joshua .

They have returned nothing for this month. I would try not to stress to much, easy to say but they literally have one member of staff and frequently ignore you for days at a time and then eventually respond.

unusual request

I received an email this morning 9th March from Barbican basically stating they need my financial information in order to pay me no explanation as to why they need so much information and no way to verify that this request is genuine.I again have asked for a cheque still have serious reservations.

I also had an email regarding Barbican Bond asking me to fill a financial information form for paying into my bank.I have contacted Barbican and so far no reply.I am not going to send financial information until I am satisfied that this is not a scam they are asking to much information why would they need my swift number?

Excellent service and very professional.

As a seasoned investor I like to do my own due diligence prior to making any decisions about investing. I spoke with Zack Hussain at Barbican, he was very helpful and informative. I also liked the fact he wasn't using pushy sales techniques to gain my business.

I would recommend the Barbican ISA and Zack Hussain to anyone who is comfortable with some calculated risk and wants a healthy return on their investment.
