They had what I needed and were able to ship my order out same day!

I placed my PO late on Wednesday for a NDA delivery. My order was confirmed and I was given tracking. The UPS web showed no movement. Erica Wilhelm kept tabs on the order and reported the following day that it missed the cut off time and would be delivered this morning. Erica was very customer service oriented and and apologized for the delay. Thank you Erica for keeping me informed.

No problems in making the purchase. The agent was knowledgeable and helped me determine which printer best fit my needs

first of all, I had no idea how to translate what I needed in a receipt printer and the person in tech support made it very easy. I have ordered multiple printheads and a new ZT411 printer and all have been exceptional quality. Each order has been set to next business day by 10am and all 3 orders have arrived by deadline which kept our operations with 0 down perceived downtime. Excellent work.

We didnt get the right part we needed, so now we must wait longer for the battery charger to function properly.

When looking for a cordless scanner for IOS and Android, I found a wide variety of choices and price points. The site was very informative with easy to find spec sheets and information on each item was clear. I was able to get tax exempt status within 30 minutes of submission. Same day shipping occurred. The items arrived within 2 days of the order. Barcodes.com wants your business. It is easy to see that their "why" is to provide customers with the bar code items they need.

Called for a replacement battery for our scanner as the part number had been discontinued. We were shipped the replacement the same day.
