I have had excellent customer service on all the occassions I hae dealt with this company. Especially once when I phoned up each NW shop to see if they had a particular dress in stock in a size 10 which my daughter had found in one shop size 12 and decided she would like it for the prom. The staff were very helpful.

Incorrect item sent i ordered a satellite receiver cost £59.99 freeview receiver received cost £119.99 being honest I have returned so 2 day's wasted sent them return tracking number .I would have thought they might have sent the correct box straight away but looks like could be next week if they have one or refund (standard email acknowledgement)
Will stick to Amazon and eBay

Speedy service. Items not to my liking / fit but excellent value for money. Would recommend. If you need an outfit in a hurry and can't get to the shop, have text book proportions and a tight budget.
Have not returned items yet so cannot comment on refund/ after service.
