Our new sofa arrived today at the expected time. Delivered by two polite and very friendly gentlemen. Thomas and Stefan carried the very heavy sofa to our location of choice and carefully unwrapped it, secured the legs and positioned as requested, before removing all the packaging. Thank you to a great delivery team 😊

We bought a chest of drawers through Jarrolds and it's beautiful - the dark wood is a perfect match for the timbers in our old cottage so it doesn't look out of place even though it's 200 years younger! The guys who delivered it, Gary and Levi from Norwich, were brilliant too - it wasn't an easy one with awkward corners, very low doors and a flight of uneven wooden stairs, but they dealt with it really well. Would 100% recommend.

Zak and Stu brought our sofa to us. Was incredibly professional. Lovely set of gentlemen and a credit to your team. Thanks again both of you :)

Delivery chaps - Jason and Des - excellent - were very respectful in our house and laid down floor covers to protect flooring etc. They did a super job. Even showed us how to extend our table
