AVOID BARTONS AT ALL COSTS.....Terrible products, even worse service!
Poor quality products with substantial faults, damaged and defective products and botched installations. Add to this a complete disregard for customer service or basic courtesy. Appointed through the main contractor who was fired from the project, Bartons failed to remedy the majority of notified defects, which include multiple product faults and poor workmanship on site, and not small issues either (windows that don't open, doors warped shut). They recently failed to take the opportunity to price up remedies now that the main contractor dispute has been settled. A complete disregard for doing the right thing with an end customer who spent c.£40,000 on a full set of windows and doors circa.30 in total of which 12 are defective!
