Awful company it’s clearly a scam be careful when ordering any of these led they are cheap crap that are being sold as expensive modern lighting. Spent 800 quid and 3 have gone already and you can’t get a reponse from them whatsoever.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!! I spent just under £400 on two wall lights which have a 3 year warranty they have now stopped working!! I have tried to contact them but with no response…. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Order received as expected and promptly back in July. But now, has gone faulty. No response to emails, the telephone number on their website does not work and no response to their “contact us” form on their website.
Clearly this company has run into difficulties so I suggest taking your money elsewhere.

Ordered the external wall LED lights, items arrived and to be fair are OK but certainly not worth the money (look a bit cheaply made) my issue is the customer service or complete lack of it. I have tried contacting them on multiple occasions with a query and basically I have been completely ignored. The tel number doesn't work and zero response to emails. Would not use again based on this.

Like the other reviews from September onwards, my items have not arrived and I am unable to get through in phones or response to my emails.
Earlier reviews were more promising and I ordered my lights in September and have yet to receive them.

Item never arrived. I emailed them, called them (no answer) and sent recorded post to ask them to contact me or find out what happened to our purchase. My money was technically stolen and you should read the majority of reviews that are warning you to avoid at all costs.

Goods were returned at my expense still no refund do not purchase anything from this company unless you want to lose your money

After Sales Support is terrible. I had to chase non-delivery of items which I eventually did get but then have been charged extra Fees by Fedex which should have bee paid by them. As with all other reviews, no one gets back to you and you are ignored. I don't believe this is a legitimate company who cares about its customer's experience. They send cheap quality goods and then ignore you completely when you ask for support.

Made 2 orders. First arrived ok, although item received didn’t resemble what was on their website. 2nd order has taken over a month to arrive and the pendants are not the size I ordered. Trying to return (a £220 order) is impossible you never get any response. Are they really a company in Scotland.? Feel like driving them back to their door.!!

Don't touch this site.

There was absolutely no communication.

I have been trying to return an item, nobody answers phone and no replys to emails. Total scam site, DO NOT USE!

If I could give no stars I would. I have been trying to contact customer services for over 2 weeks now about a product I paid for on the 16th August that has never arrived. Customer service doesn't exist by the way. There is no one to talk to and no one to reply to the emails. I have asked for a refund now before I then have to waste more of my time going to trading standards. It's shameful and its all scamming.

I left a review 3 weeks ago to say I was trying to get a return label without any luck. Unfortunately, nothing has changed snd they own me £52! I do not even get automatic responses anymore after I have contacted them, almost as if they have blocked my email address. I need to read about Trading Standards and whether it would be worth reporting them.

I have bought the ceiling lamp that looks amazing in the photo which is far from how it looks in the real life. Since July I have been trying to return this item and no luck so far to get in touch with anyone to arrange this either by email or phone.
Very disappointing…

I have been trying to return an item, so far have emailed 7 times, phoned and left a message 3 times and filled out their contact form online, but no one has replied to me. TOTAL NIGHTMARE company, dont go near them.
They quick enough to take your money but cant get hold of them after that.

If I could give this company a negative star review I would. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. You pay for express delivery which takes two weeks and when the goods come they are nothing like the ones adv. cheap Chinese rubbish. They never respond to emails or telephone messages( always an answer machine). Their returns policy says they accept returns but you need to email them fir a return label which never appears. I’ve raised a dispute with PayPal and am in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND SSVE YOURSELF A LOAD IF PROBLEMS.

The website is full of lies!! They have nothing in stock ready to ship because all their stock is in CHINA theses guys are just a drop ship vendor, so that express delivery doesn’t exist. On top of that no one reply’s to emails or phone calls, that just goes to a voicemail. Don’t be fooled by the fancy website!! Terrible experience so far.

Terrible customer service. I submitted a returns request over a month a go and have email 10+ times, keep getting fobbed off. Do not buy from here
