I am so disappointed that I had to return this item because it was absolutely perfect. The quality of the material and the design are top-notch, exactly as described. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and selected the wrong size, so it didn't fit me. I've already started the return process and I will definitely re-order it in my correct size as soon as possible. Highly recommended, just double-check the size chart!

Sorry i forgot to mention that in Li Ning basketball shoes i don't have the option to choose 45,5 wich is actually my size. In Adidas or Nike i wear 45.

They sent to me an used shoes.
They sent to me an used shoes.
I ordered a New Balance Two WXY V5 NEW, but they sent to me a used pair, probably from a return by another customer WITHOUT NOTICING IT.
The website was clear, the shoes they sell are new, but they sent a used ones.
Very disappointed with these practices. That's false advertising. If you sell new products and send used ones, you're deceiving people.
In addition, the shipping was slow.
It was specified that if you bought before Thursday, the shipment would be sent on Thursday.
Furthermore, the shopping cart indicated that once shipped, they would take 24-48 hours. However, they shipped the shoes the following Monday, and I received them a week late.
The box was damaged. Everything was bad, unfortunately.
I took all the photos, it's a shame how you can see the cushion used and "marked" by the use.
Even worse, they are slow to answer to emails; I'm still waiting for a response from this purchase.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Basketball Emotion.
I purchased Adidas Harden Vol. 9 basketball shoes for a youth competitive player. After only 7–14 days of normal basketball use, the lace eyelets broke, making the shoes unusable. This is clearly not normal wear for performance basketball footwear.
I submitted a claim with photos and a detailed explanation. The response I received was a generic rejection, stating that the damage was caused by “normal use during play”, without any technical inspection, expert report, or concrete evidence.
What is most frustrating is that Basketball Emotion repeatedly refers to “warranty conditions”, while ignoring EU consumer law on faulty goods, which clearly states that defects appearing within the first 6 months are presumed to have existed at the time of purchase unless the seller proves otherwise.
This experience shows:
• no proper assessment of manufacturing defects
• no consumer-oriented resolution
• shifting responsibility instead of respecting EU consumer rights
For a company selling premium sports equipment, this level of after-sales support is unacceptable.
I do not recommend Basketball Emotion, especially if something goes wrong with your purchase.
