Voucher from Groupon June 15th 2019
Was looking for some Bluetooth speakers and I came across a deal on Groupon June 15th 2019 cannot even find speakers for my purchase. All of there Websites / Domains have been suppended on Google I can't find nothing anywhere on the internet to redeem the voucher now I go back and it's saying to contact the support at bassbud.co.uk and this is what I see . They should be ashamed of themselves they came in Fast and hard and slid out like a Snake in the grass !!!

Great company! One of my Bassbuds cable was broken so i contacted the customer service. They replied and gave me information on how to send it back.. so i send it back and 3 weeks later i got a new one.. maybe they Will not answer in 24h but i know i am not the only one, like others say that they don’t get a response give the customer service Some time, you’re not the only one, they evently Will answer.. really great company

They took a little longer to arrive…
They took a little longer to arrive than expected so I wasn't very impressed at first, but then I opened the package and was blown away by the packaging, the presentation and the quality of the product. The Swarovski crystals are beautiful. The sound quality is very good and you even get a different eat tip pieces for the perfect fit. my favorite is the Memory Foam. Overall I would higly recommend BassBuds. I would have given 5 stars if they would not have arrived late. But their customer service actually owned up and acknowledged their faults assured me that the delivery issues have now been fixed and even offered me a free gift. We'll see..I\ll send another review if I decide to order again

I like others here ordered from bassbuds in the beginning of December 2017 - to date I STILL haven't received them despite being told that they were being "re-sent" in January!! Rubbish Customer Service - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Placed an order before Christmas, and today it finally arrived. So with a little patience they came through.
Extremely poor Customer Experience
Have given 1 star rating only because you can't give zero. Ordered two sets of headphones for Christmas presents. Received email on 04 December stating they had been dispatched. Nothing received by 16 December so sent an email to check on progress. Reply received stating order should arrive in time for Christmas. They didn't. Sent another email and received a reply stating that my order appears to have been lost in transit. Was asked to select replacements from a 'superior range'. Needless to say I declined the offer and on 14 January requested a full refund. I've heard nothing since. Will never use this company again - their level of customer service is absolutely shocking. I only wish I had looked them up on this website before ordering....
Horrible Company Beware
I just received an email from the BASSBUDS Manager who assured me that my order from November 17, 2017 was on the way. I am so disgusted and fed up with this company. These speakers were Christmas gifts, I will never do business with this company ever again.
Equivalent of robbery
I ordered over US $250.00 worth of product in November and when it had not arrived by mid December I sent the company an email. They replied and said it would definitely be there by Christmas. It never arrived. I have sent three detailed emails to the company since with no response. I am researching the other options I can take. Be careful with these people.

As many posts before me !horrible service ! no replies !and phone number for UK does not connect when i call them! Purchased a number of items the 30th November 2017 for Christmas presents and still to date not received them or even a reply to a number of emails! very very average! afraid Ive been ripped off once again ! shocking lack of customer service
The product (bass buds) seem to be fine, however, customer service is terrible. Our daughter received the Candy buds for Christmas in 2016 and she informed us that one of the head pieces stopped working after about 9 months. After a lengthy search we eventually found the box with the warranty card and I emailed the company on 10 November. A relay of messages began and each time I received a curt response of no more than a few words. I was advised that they couldn't send the same ones and I had to choose from black or blue. When I replied that she had Candy ones I then got a message saying they would be sent in the post. I waited and waited and eventually chased it up and was then told that there was a backlog but we would have them within 10 working days so we waited some more but still no sign of them. Once again I chased up the non delivery and was told that they must have got lost in the post but was promised another set would be sent out. Eventually on 5th January - the day before her birthday, my daughter received a new set of bass buds.

I ordered the speaker on 28th November 2017 after being assured it would be with me in time for Christmas. After many emails and attempted contact by telephone I was again assured that there had been a high demand but I would definitely receive the speaker in time for Christmas. More emails and phone calls nearer the 25th December with no response. Eventually it arrived on the 27th December. Not very impressed at all, this left me short of a present as I was not able to afford to replace it with something else. Avoid this company like the plague, happy to take your money but absolutely zero in customer service. I have sent two emails since receiving the order advising of my dissatisfaction and have received no response.
Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a pair for a Christmas present in November and still haven't received them, even after being assured that they would arrive by Christmas. I've sent two emails to their customer service and have yet to hear back. They also charged me right away instead of waiting until they shipped them (two weeks after I paid!). I'm worried that I will never hear back and I will have lost my money. Avoid at all costs.

I understand that there has been a high level of demand for these. However I just wanted to know a date that I would receive them . Wether it be this year or next. At the moment I’m not even sure if I’ll ever receive these.
